After receiving his degree, he worked in private practice for 2 years and also served as part-time faculty at the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Dr. Wasemiller then went on to further his training in Advanced Periodontics at Loma Linda University in which he was also trained in the use of guided surgery techniques for dental implant placement and also in the use of minimally invasive techiques for sinus lifts. Dr. Wasemiller believes that understanding good home care is the foundation to maintaining a healthy mouth as well as maintaining the results from any periodontal work that has been done. In is spare time he likes to try new restaurants, go to concerts, spend time at the beach and to train for triathlons. He also enjoys getting back to the midwest to spend time at the lakes with family and friends.
