Dr Shaun Patel
Dr. Shaun Patel is a physician at Miami Skin and Vein. Dr. Patel is a board certified radiologist and a cosmetic specialist who uses his expertise to provide patients with leading-edge care and optimal outcomes. Dr. Patel graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami. After being accepted into the University’s prestigious Medical Scholars Program, Dr. Patel received his medical education at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, graduating with Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) honors. He trained in radiology at the New York University Langone Medical Center. Dr. Patel completed advanced fellowship training at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Shortly after completing fellowship, Dr. Patel joined Dr. Nguyen to open Miami Skin and Vein – the goal being to provide excellent vein and skin care to patients in Coral Gables and Miami. Dr. Patel is a member of the the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, American College of Phlebology, and the Radiological Society of North America.

Dr. Patel and his whole staff are 10/10. From the moment I stepped into the office, everyone there was super kind and helpful. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgeable and most importantly patient and attentive. I've been to other doctors where I leave with more questions than I came in with. That is not the case here. Him and his staff thoroughly answered every question and concern I had. They are easy to make appointments with and always punctual. I came to Dr. Patel for chin/jaw filler and had an amazing experience. The consultation was informative and I was able to get the procedure done the same day. It was my very first time getting filler, so I did start feeling a bit lightheaded during the procedure (per usual with any needles). The staff goes way out of their way to make you comfortable, keep you informed about appointments, procedures and products. I could tell right away that I was in good hands with Dr. Patel. He assessed my face and gave me a thorough treatment plan, which i started on the same day right after my consultation. He is so gentle! I suffered only negligible bruising and had no needle puncture marks like I did from a previous injector. I can’t wait to keep going with my treatment plan. I’m so excited and like my face again!... Dr. Patel and his staff were phenomenal! The minute you walk into his practice you are greeted and made feel right at home. His staff is attentive and immediately answer any concerns or questions you may have. My consultation with Dr. Patel was pleasant. He makes you feel at ease if you are somewhat nervous. He encourages you to ask questions and is concerned for his patient’s well being. My procedure was quick and painless. You get thoroughly evaluated and he will make suggestions depending on your case (everyone is different). There is no pressure at any point during your visit to agree to a certain procedure. I have been visiting Dr. Patel for a year now, during which time I have de-aged 10 years. I have a jaw line, cheekbones and collagen again, and it all looks very natural. Dr. Patel is a sculptor. There's no one better. He does all of the work himself and gives extensive personal attention to each patient and their precise needs and wants, rather than following a pattern. Professional, proficient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Patel took his time and gave recommendations based on personal skin needs. Office provided pricing upfront and were not pushy on services. I also loved the beautiful and calming office space.
Dr. Patel and his entire staff are amazing. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I love the fact that he tries to do as minimal injections as possible in order to give a natural look while giving you results. I wouldn’t trust anyone else on my face but him(and I am very picky). I love my doctor! Dr. Patel has been my go to doctor for all my skin care needs. I see him for laser treatments, peels, and Botox. His office is so efficient, immaculate, and friendly. He has a gentle hand which makes me even look forward to me appointments.
Dr. Patel and his professional workers/assistants are the most genuine and knowledgable. They always make sure you’re okay and you can ask all the questions. I started my Vbeam, chemical peel and medically skincare products with them. I’m loving it and cant wait to see my final results!
