Hostile attitude, I probably benefited from a service included in the subscription. I don't know how Dr. Sanziana seemed bothered by the service, the Basque insisted that I only use their mouthwash, 100 lei-500ml😱 …
I do not recommend. The medical insurance that I have includes some free services and so I made an appointment for a scaling and brushing. Both the interaction with the reception and the hygienist were lacking in politeness, respect and professionalism. I will not return even for free services and that should say a lot about the prices of dental services now.... (Show more)
If you have an insurance, you will never find an appointment. I called on the 4th of June and they told me to go in July! One month later!!!!
Horrible place. It's the second time that they use aggressive sales techniques to sell some expensive products. Last time I fell and bought them and they did nothing for me. Now the lady was so upset that I refused to buy, that she almost threw me out of the cabinet without even a goodbye. She had proposed to see me in 2 weeks, but apparently without me buying those crappy stuff she suddenly forgot about that. I have some services included in my private medical insurance, but other than these freebies I will never set foot here again.... (Show more)
