To be honest, the premises are terrible, it seems that everything will collapse immediately. I believe that a medical institution cannot look like this nowadays. I had a bad feeling when I entered the dressing room I signed up for OVP, I arrived on time, they sent me to the 3rd floor. There is no one at the reception desk on the 3rd floor, and it is not clear where to go in the corridors either. I walked through the corridors looking for one of the staff. A woman approached the registration counter, when I wanted to ask if I had come correctly, she showed her hand in my face with the words "not with me" and left. There are no norms of politeness. When the receptionist finally came, it turns out that the service is not paid immediately with white insurance, which I was not warned about by phone. After all that I chose to leave. You can leave OVP in 30 minutes for a tick, but... I wouldn't recommend doing anything else here. The professional doctor has not really learned the Latvian language and her attitude is simply tragic. I would give 1 star, the other for the eye doctor, who seemed connected, and also for the fact that some improvements are still being made in the service - 3 years ago, you had to fight in a live queue with the entire clinic for blood tests, now they are performed right there in the occupational health service.... Very rude! Tried calling to sign up with a family doctor and was treated like i'm giving them the biggest inconvenience. Those people should be taught some manners and the basics of how to politely talk to another human being.

Thank God for the spirit of family doctor Možu, we physically worked together with the Holy Spirit!

Možuma 1 has a very nice, professional doctor, Agnese Rubene. Accepts both children and adults.

Very poor service and disrespect for other people's time. Poor internal organization as I had to apply 2 times for a mandatory health check up, both times waiting in a long line only to be told by the receptionist that there is no eye doctor. Why was it not possible to say this on the phone when I called and offer a time when all the necessary specialists are available and if someone gets sick, to call and make an appointment for another day? Such visits usually take me more than 2 hours of working time. Really a very unpleasant experience. It seems that no one in this institution thinks about the customers and does not keep up with the times, otherwise they would have implemented some kind of digitized system that would help organize and humanely organize such processes.... Tried to book an appointment on June 7th 2021 @11:45 ... but the reception staff doesn't speak any language besides Latvian :-( The lady just sad sometimes like "as nesaprot" and disconnected 😔 …

Disgraceful attitude towards patients!!! In the morning I made an appointment for an ultrasound with doctor Inga Dzelva-Klepere. Registration was at 8.15 according to the state program. The doctor was 50 minutes late. In response to my response, shouldn’t I at least apologize to the people who were waiting, the doctor said that she was not going to apologize to anyone, that if you don’t like it, you can leave and that she doesn’t have to come for government visits. program, it has no use for it!! You rarely hear such outright rudeness from a doctor. I'm not even talking about basic human respect!! People sign up for a certain time not because they need somewhere to sit, but because they are also busy, they also have work that they need and for which they cannot be late. If you need OVP, it's the right place to apply fot it. Scheduled date of visit and afterwards passed here mandatory health examination. All procedures took around 20 minutes. Office location is pretty convenient.Staff is kind. Interior is acceptable. Lack of serious queue.
