Horror, horror. I made an appointment on Saturday, the x-ray didn’t work, the receptionist didn’t know. 95 euros, I don’t understand why! The doctor is completely sick.

At the moment, I don’t know what the problems are with the people who write this here. I made an appointment for an ultrasound and they called back within 10 minutes (which is absolutely normal). There was a very friendly woman at the registration desk, the ultrasound doctor herself did her job, no questions asked. There were no queues, everything was on time.... (Show more)

Diagnostic center in the basement. There are problems with parking, you need to try to find somewhere near garages or on narrow streets nearby. I managed to sign up for UZI right away. The doctor was not wearing a coat.

During an MRI recording with contrast, everything seems to have been said, They asked if there were blood tests? I arrived a day earlier, found out what time it was best to arrive to have the catheter placed, so... the next day, right during the visit, before the procedure itself, it turns out that this is not an MRI, but something else :( Wasted time, etc. There are no words, my rating is 1, with a minus.:((((((... I visited the podiatrist, wasted time, wasted money. When recording, they said the procedure would take about an hour, in fact it took barely 20 minutes, they applied a cream, what kind of foot massage was that?! If I had been to a podiatrist for the first time, I would have accepted it as it is, but thank God I have experience and have something to compare it with. There was an urgent need to do an X-ray, MFD was the place where I could do it the fastest. Nothing was asked or told at the diagnostic reception. Only after receiving the conclusion, I called and was interested - would it be possible to receive a picture, which I could then show to the doctor. I received an answer that either you need to ask the reception about the necessity of the photo yourself, and then go after it, or you should say that you need a record in DataMed, because as it turns out, this clinic does not have a contract with DataMed, and you would have to pay for this service. I went for a fibrogastroscopy (upper endoscopy) and I was satisfied with everything. Both the reception staff and the doctor's attitude. I removed a star because of the rather long wait and the inability of one of the nurses to speak Latvian.

If you want to sit a couple of hours longer than the appointment, please do!

There is no communication, neither the call center nor the receptionist can say anything normally. I do not recommend. Choose another place where there will be no brains and you have to spend your time.

The mutual communication of specialists is very weak. Instead of one consultation, I was prescribed 3 consultations, each of which had to be paid for. Poorly, very poorly organized work of the MFD personnel, so the prices of manipulations/consultations unfortunately do not correspond to the quality. With a prior appointment, it is possible to pass the mandatory health examination very quickly. At the time I reserved, there were no other people at the specialists, so it was a pleasant process without queues and bustle. Thanks also to the nice and kind administrator.

Terrible service. Never set foot in this clinic again. Taking tests is a completely separate conversation. There was a wait of over an hour in a line of 3 people. The offices are empty. In response to people's outrage, no one even tries to figure it out. It sucks, not a health center.

So far everything has been ok with the doctors and examinations, everyone on the spot is also kind and responsive, but it is not possible to call the indicated number to make an appointment, and the text press 1 and they will call you back is a mockery, because no one has ever called back. I underwent magnetic resonance imaging last month and was told that there would be an answer within 1 week. 1 week passed and there was no answer, and I started to learn about the answer and began to wonder how there will be an answer by 12.01.2023. And I recommend better to go through magnetic resonance Jelgava city hospital there within 1 week the answer will be 100% and sometimes even faster you can get an answer from magnetic resonance....
