Dr. Phumiphat's expertise made my Thermage treatment exceptionally rejuvenating and surprisingly pain-free. The immediate results were beyond my expectations, significantly enhancing my appearance. Great service. I come here regularly to have my bloods taken. The staff are always welcoming and kind. Very efficient, I receive my test results within 24hours. I would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience at this clinic from the moment I walked in, to the results I see now. Staff are so lovely, was greeted with a drink and thorough consultation, I had gummy smile / lip flip Botox and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend for this clinic Botox :)

Highly recommended! The only thing they messed up for me was they totally forgot about my appointment but they were quick to rectify. In April 2022 I had some botox touchup to my forehead area at Metro Bangkok Clinic. The staff were friendly and helped me feel comfortable. I was greeted with a refreshing cold drink before my botox procedure. I only needed 22 units of Botox to touch up. This was my first experience getting Botox outside the USA and I was nervous, and also first experience with any sort of foreign medical personnel. The staff spoke good English and this helped with some of my anxiety of getting injections in Thailand. The price was good, I selected the US Botox, and costs was slightly more than Korea Botox. My doc here in USA said either is safe, and the difference is only the legal licensing and not with manufacturing. I'll opt for which is less next time, but either will cost at least 60% less per unit of Botox than I pay in the US. I was easy to make an appointment, and the location is convenient and easy to find with easy parking in the parking garage for free - get your parking stub validated with the staff and parking was free. Wow. I had been to another clinic (revival) and had a not so great experience, and coming here was so different I am so blown away. They were super kind and welcoming. I came in for Botox originally just looking to do my forehead because I find the lower face can either be done well or really have no affect if not done correctly. The doctor sat with me and took the time to really go over what I was looking for and the cost. He was knowledgeable and knew the names of the face muscle (I had chin, lip corners, lip lowering) and usual unit usage so I decided to go ahead and get my lower face done as well and I’m glad I did! Once in the room he went over the process and everything even knowing I had been doing it for years I appreciated it. It was over quickly and relatively painlessly. The price for USA Allergan is half the price it would be in America. But you still receive the same skill if not better. My Botox, especially my lower face turned out way better than it ever has in the US. I paid half cash half card which was simple and they walked us to the elevator. Very very professional and fantastic results. Experienced doctor that made me feel safe and comfortable. I did under eye and nasobial folds filler and forehead botox. The place is small and popular so you might have to wait sometime, but it’s worth it.

Our Bangkok trip became extra special because of Metro Bangkok Clinic. It's hard to even start writing a review for such an amazing clinic. To begin with, we were treated like royalties and was given the best welcome by Dr. Phumiphat and his staff. The clinic is very unassuming but as soon as we entered the clinic we were greeted by fresh coconut juice, reserved seating and welcome note. The consultation was thorough and Dr. Phumiphat took his time to explain and gave us his expert opinion. We felt safe and comfortable when we got our treatments. The result was amazing! The staff also sang Happy Birthday and bid us goodbye until we made it to the elevator. We were just so happy with the hospitality and overall professionalism of Dr. Phumiphat and his staff. TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL. Dr Phumiphat Rujikulwongpaisan made me wait 45 minutes for my appointment. Nobody offered any kind of explanation about the delay, I was just made to wait. Pretty pathetic way to treat new clients, this doctor is great at making you feel like he doesn't care about you. How could you trust him after that ? Impossible. So I can only guess that most reviews here are fake. I left after 45 min just to see this Dr following me in the lift in a very pathetic way and offering me free treatment after I told them I will write a review, refusing to leave me alone. Firstly! I have been to so many cosmetic clinics in usa/aus/nz etc and never ever been happy with my results and had all my filler dissolved haha..so I was super hesitant to do anything, but, this is the first time I am so so happy with my treatment! Was welcomed with refreshments, and a beautiful clinic. Dr Phumiphat patiently sat down with me and comprehensively explained everything, and answered all of my many questions, I felt very reassured and in great care. Very advanced clinic! I came to Metro Bangkok Clinic to receive Botox treatment for jaw pain. The staff was kind and patient and greeted me with lemon tea. They described various price options in detail and didn't pressure me to make one choice over another. The doctor was knowledgeable and the procedure was fast and painless. Truly don't know about any other clinic in Bangkok but trusted this one thanks to all of the comments and couldn't recommand it more. The staff is absolutely adorable, the doctor so patient, I only came for botox and he was so good that I got convinced that filler could be so good too. No more under eye, or way less. I got Botox in my forehead and chin here. The consultant and doctor were very kind and patient with answering my questions since it was my first time getting Botox.
