If you want peace, and want to be treated like a patient, this is NOT the place to go, Dr Reddy is such a horrible human. What a rude and disrespectful man! I will never step foot in there again! I wish I had spent my money elsewhere, I’ve never experienced such a cold person, ever!!!! Especially in what’s supposed to be a warm and welcoming environment. Do they not realise that we are paying patients? How dare you treat me like you’re doing me a favour? If you were thinking of coming here, save your money and go elsewhere, it’s not worth it at all! Very good excellent service.

Went in wanting to get a filling done, Dr Reddy did an X-ray, after the X-ray he said he doesn’t see any major holes, so all he is going to do is a clean. After cleaning my teeth he then tells me I have to make a booking for a filling. I was out of words because that’s what I was there for in the first place. Never going back there again. And oh they claimed R1409,70 from my medical aid! For a clean and X-ray are you kidding me?! Lesson of the day: never ever cheat on your dentist.... (Show more)

All the dentists (I've been to see Dr Waja, Dr Nanabhay and Dr Reddy) in this practice are so professional and I'd recommend everyone and their family members go there. A bit of a wait even when I had an appointment. I've received so much care and assistance. Minimal pain maximum results from Dr Reddy & Nanabhay. I dont like dental appointments but Dr patel made me feel calm nd relax with in no time my fillings was done

Only God knows why i keep coming back to this place honestly, my 1st extraction with Dr Patel was a disaster which i had to wait for Monday for it to be corrected and apparently he had put some medicine for me to heal and he took it out for the gum to heal naturally, he did advise that id need to come to see specialist to remove wisdoms which i kept postponing which probably is where i went wrong..... I finally came and my wisdom was extracted by a Dr Valley.. Oh my! the only thing when i got into his room is im "Dr. Mmmm" couldn't even get his name... And how can i help you, ok me "id like to remove a painful wisdom". Him "Ok open wide for me" ok this should be easy he said...took about 3 injections which i beleive where anaestatics coz while he was on his phone could feel my left side starting to get num, amd im like its action time... He prepared tools and tools and he began on me, So rough,no care, i kept opening my eyes and couldn't beleive what i was seeing, chatting and gossiping with his assistance proceeded on me like i he was a mechanic at some workshop, its given that the procedure is not so easy and this wasnt my 1st extraction but that was the worst experience of my life. After he wrote prescription and i literally had to beg for him to write me a 1 day off work, which by the way had a whole 7 days of excruciating pain and could not perform my duties after he said " 1 day is enough its not like i took out your whole jaw"as i write this its 2am and sitting waiting for pain killer to kick in so i can atlist fall asleep and see him for check up tommorow. Yho i dont know if my mounth is the problem, i feel if maybe i was also given the chance to explain my previos experience with Dr Patel he could have understood 1 or 2 things better. He only showed me my xray after the extraction when i asked if the other side does not need 1 also(which i thank God he said no) 7 days after the extraction and im popping pain killers like peanuts..i have googled and googled on how i can heal better and faster coz all i got from him was "It wasnt as easy as i thought ul experience a bit of swelling",no directions, no advise nothing. I’ve had fillings done with them and extractions on numerous times. Every time I go there it’s always a pleasant experience. Thank you to all the doctors who have worked on me, you are all great. You always take extra care and make me feel relaxed. My daughter too has only good things to say. She actually looks forward to going to see a dentist now because of how great all you doctors are. Big thank you to Dr Nanabhay, such a friendly doctor who did 4 difficult extractions on me today.. as terrified as I was, she managed to calm me down and did an excellent job. Thank you 😊... I went to see the dentist onthe 9/03/20 and BOOOM loadshading😬 electricity was off ,bt the generation kicked in and I got the best service ever....,Thanks to Dr Waja & Associate... …

I went for consultation on Wednesday 18/03/20. I had to pay R1000 just for the Doctor to do an xray and wash my teeth. Mind you this was cash and not medical. Im still wondering since there was nothing wrong with my teeth other than wanting to extract my wisdom teeth to which I did not even get to do. Why did I pay so much when consultation is R500. What does consultation procedure include? What was the other R500 for?... (Show more)
