Madam As far as we know, it wasn't about replacing the rubber band but the chain in the camera. The refusal resulted from our concern for the patient's well-being. When installing such a chain, significant orthodontic forces are used, and the locks may become detached or damaged, thus disrupting the existing treatment plan. Each doctor works with his own system of orthodontic brackets and should not interfere with the treatment process of another doctor. This is a matter of physician responsibility.
