This is a great practice to go to for a cyst removal. I felt very comfortable and safe. All who work in the practice are very professional and accommodating to my needs, I couldn’t recommend them more.

10/10 recommend this clinic. I went to Medixclinic for a cyst removal ok my scalp and am super happy with my experience and the procedure itself. Dr. El Sayed Hegazy took his time and explained me all details about the procedure, especially because a removal on the scalp can be tough. Today I was there to get my stitches removed and everything healed perfectly. The removal of the stitches took a couple of seconds and didn't hurt at all. Went here today for my ingrown toenail to be removed. Service and procedure was 10/10, Dr Hegazy is so comforting during the entire process. For anyone with ingrown toenails, this is the place for you. Top service, thank you Dr.

Avoid. First I was overcharged because my procedure “took a little longer than usual”. Then my wound opened up a couple of hours after the stitches were removed. Rang the clinic and they informed me that the doctor was on sick leave and they had no locum doctor available for 5 days. I was advised to go to the Richmond hospital which has been closed for years? I had an open wound! I ended up in A&E for 26 hours before I was treated. I am now having the wound packed and dressed every second day for the next 4 weeks. I was so nervous as the cyst removal was on my face but I'm very pleased with the result. The scar is very small and is healing very well. It's been 3 weeks since my procedure.

Two cysts removed from my back by the brilliant Dr Al Sayed. An appointment was made within hours of contact. A true gifted physician. I was pain free with days and healed without any infection. I cannot recommend Dr Al Sayed enough.

Went to Medixclinic for a mole removal with Dr El Sayed Hegazy. I got my consultation and Mole removal all in one day which was extremely handy as I didn’t have to go back and forth and you go back in 8-10 days for the stitches to come out. After having a lump on my head for almost 20 years I decided to look to have it removed. I googled a few places and I came across this clinic. Dr. Hegazy is a very nice doctor. I contacted the clinic on a Friday to have a large and painful sebaceous cyst removed from my back and I managed to get an appointment on the Tuesday following. The receptionist was very friendly also and answered any queries I had promptly, I think her name was Iolanda. I recently had a minor procedure in the medixclinic. From the moment i booked the appointment to the procedure itself was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend.

Simply could not recommend the Medixclinic enough. I emailed about getting an appointment for 2 separate procedures and heard back within the day with an appointment. For my first procedure, I had a cyst removed from my face to which I was nervous about. Both Dr. El Sayed Hegazy and the staff, Jordyn and lolanda, were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming which helped to calm my nerves. Dr. Hegazy took extra care with this procedure as it was on my face and wanted to minimize the scarring as much as possible, to which the outcome has been a barely noticeable mark. I could not be happier with the outcome! For my second procedure, I had 4 keloid scars removed from my ear which began to grow due to a piercing I had. I had found it hard to find a clinic that would do keloid removals but the Medixclinic assured me they would be able to do it. Again, I can not praise Dr. Hegazy enough as the procedure was essentially painless and although it ended up being an extensive procedure, he reassured me throughout, as did lolanda. With the scars being in an awkward place I was anticipating having a slightly disfigured ear but Dr. Hegazy was incredible and was able to make my ear look just the way it did before which I could not be more thankful for! With getting my sutures out, again making the appointment was so easy and the appointment itself was quick and painless. Cannot speak highly enough of medix clinic. Emailed for an appointment amd the next day i had one. Got 4 cysts removed from my head last week which was quick and as pain free as possible. DR. El Sayed Hegazy did an amazing job cant thank him enough. Its the first time in years ive been able to see my head without all the bumps and lumps. Was back today to get the stitches out.
