The shock we are experiencing these few days is unimaginable! The fear and terror of every girl who turns to assisted reproduction centers.... I feel so sorry for our species...🤢

Very clean center and well-trained and friendly staff. Humanity and professionalism are the characteristics of those who followed us: Maria in particular was like an older sister, ready to tell me things as they were, without giving false hopes and at the same time managing to calm all my anxieties. I recommend this center to anyone looking for children because in my experience no one can give you a better chance of succeeding in your dream. If you want results and fast you can safely pin all of your long awaited dreams and aspirations with the team at Mediterranean Fertility Institute. Yes, we had our doubts but we were wrong and we wasted a lot of time and money in a so called advanced nation. Problem was they had no decency, respect or ethics. Dr Daphnis has been our guardian angel through out this process making it smooth, efficient & transparent. I was a patient at Mediteranean Fertility and now have a clever beautiful healthy 2 year old daughter. I travelled from Australia to this wonderful clinic. I was 52 years old when my baby was born. I had tried ivf at other clinics without success. Dr Giakomakis Mr Dafinis and Shirley our amazing patient coordinator all treated us with kindness and considered us as an individual case, discussing details, medications procedures and timing of implantation with us. It felt like we were a team. And we felt confident that they would do everything medically and scientifically possible to give us the best chance of success. We also felt that if it wasnt successful then we could feel satisfied that we had given it the best chance in the best place with the best most accomplished and scientific people. We are so pleased we had our Greece fertility experience in Crete rather than Athens. We had an awesome holiday. It is a beautiful island with the most amazing beaches and mountains and towns. From the very first contact I made, the staff were so lovely. I received lovely support through the process from the doctors, nurses & staff. After 20 cycles of IVF in Australia, my 21st cycle in Chania was a success. I am blessed to have a healthy baby girl. Now 2 years old - she is the image of me & has the personality of an angel. I was in my own in Chania, but with the welcome I received the clinic were with me every step of the way, making my experience very comfortable & stress free. STAY AWAY! Poor facilities, unprofessional. The staff took my medical history on a sticky note. Screwed up our IUI procedure. Absolutely non responsive Dr Giakoumakis. The only reason we went to them because we moved to Chania. Will go back to Amazing EmbryoLab in Thessaloniki where we were successful from the first try with our first child. Don’t waste your time and money with this “institute” of which no body in the medical community knows about. The facilities are pathetic and ran down, the couches are old with holes in it. Everything looks like it’s about to fall apart. I doubt they have money to invest into latest technology for IVF and IUI. This is not an ‘institute’ but a 2-man show. ******* FURTHER to my comment: your response below is absolute 100% no true, the dr just disappeared despite us trying to reach him 4 times after spending hundreds of euros for meds why we would ignore his calls? So this is not true. Also in 48 hours 3 amazing 5-Star reviews came after my comment, definitely fake as the reviewers are new to Google with no history ( just click on names to see for yourself , I guess all your 5-star reviews are FAKES) Shame on you, so unprofessional. After trying IVF at other locations for 5 years, we decided to try one last time at the Mediterranean Fertility Institute of Chania. The entire staff made the experience very calm and easy for us. They try to ensure that you have the best outcome. The results were our beautiful twins! We cannnot be more grateful in expressing our gratitude to Dr. Giakoumakis and the entire staff! After many years of trying to have children, the MFI helped us get there. They were very cooperative and were in regular contact with us (over the other side of the world) about how our surrogate was going. We now have two beautiful children and couldn’t be happier!
