Absolutely useless clinic

I went to a doctor's appointment today, polite people, friendly reception, nice doctor. Dr. Jaan Tepp is very friendly and listened carefully to my problem. Thank you for your service.

They did not provide the necessary assistance, the clinic left a disgusting impression and I regret wasting my time

Disgusting clinic, you can never get through by phone, they always hang up, although I sat in the hall for an hour, waited, watched as the administrator sat without work and still didn’t answer the phone. But this is half the trouble. Doctor kristo ausmees purposefully wrote in small letters! A real Russophobe! He argued with me in RUSSIAN for 15 minutes that I should speak to him in Estonian! After 15 minutes of arguing, I insisted that they listen to me, but he told me my complaints: what do you want from me, and how can I help you?! I don't know why there are bad reviews. I am treated very well by the nurses, the doctor, and in the operating room. No complaints at all!

Administrators/receptionist are very rude. When you visit the clinic many times, you feel that you don't want to go there anymore because of them. (Obviously, if the need still arises, you have to see if the same doctor also accepts in other clinics). Rude, no hello, no good time, in a bad mood. It is better not to ask them questions, they will show. You can't even look at the end when communicating, only your head is on the screen. And this is not the case only once, it seems that the standard of the reception staff is like this in Medita. Disgusting clinic, they don’t answer the phone at the reception for a long time...at the orthopedic doctor’s appointment I was scared because he spoke menacingly and nervously, he denied everything I said and found fault with my questions, how I formulated them correctly, the doctor was very nervous and could barely restrain himself myself, after such an appointment I was shaking with fear, I have never seen such crazy doctors... I would never go to this clinic, but here in Estonia for some reason you can’t get to an orthopedist at all, there are never numbers... at all, but here I got it completely by accident refusal number for the high cash register, but thanks to the doctor for prescribing insoles but what did it cost me .. horror... Arst Fogel on peast paha. Esimesest minutist hakkas ta valetama, et hilinesin kohtumisele. Kuigi olin 15 minutiga varem kohale. Pärast jonnihoogu keeldus ta vastu võtmast. Lõhnab alkoholi järele. Näe välja nagu patsient. Ma ei soovita sellesse kliinikusse minna. From the very first minute he began to lie that I was late for the appointment. Although I arrived 15 minutes before. After his hysteria, he refused to accept. Smells like alcohol. Look like a drug addict. I strongly do not recommend going to this clinic. Disgusting staff, the secretary treated me with contempt, the endocrinologist had a boorish attitude, and had no desire to help or understand my problem. If you have the opportunity to avoid going to this garbage dump, then I advise you not to go.

Do not recommend!!! The orthopedist asked to contact the clinic if the leg does not improve. And make a referral to an MRI. For a week I have been trying to call, send e-mails. And no helpful response. I wasted the referral to the orthopedist given by the family doctor and no help. Now I have to find a new orthopedist and wait 1 month or more. But the leg already hurts like hell when walking. I would like to avoid this clinic in any case!!!... (Show more)

Because of the reviews, I was very afraid to go to the clinic. But because I wanted to see a specific doctor, so I went. Bottom line: the receptionist is a very friendly, helpful girl who speaks Estonian, Russian, and English. I had a hysteroscopy under general anesthesia with Dr. Gabor Shirko. The staff is wonderful: nurses, anesthesiologist - 👍! Special thanks to the nurse who helped me, a very pleasant, smiling, sweet girl. And, of course, huge gratitude to the gynecologist G. Shirko. Wonderful doctor! Kind, tactful, professional. Room for 2 people, cozy and clean. It was a very comfortable stay. Reception and operation of high cash. I definitely recommend the clinic. Good service and smart doctors who are not bored of their jobs yet. Nice interior also. Warm and welcoming.
