High performance mind coaching This is my third time working with Natalie and each time she pushes me further in terms of understanding myself and what I need. In the beginning I was skeptical. As we progressed through my first course, Natalie taught me breathing and meditation techniques which have really helped and strengthened my belief in her process. Natalie has not only helped me with my performance at work, what she has taught me has changed my way of life. I can see that I was running on autopilot in the past, but now I make the time to focus on what I am doing and enjoy being present in the moment. If I slip back into autopilot, I can acknowledge this and pull myself out of it. What I have learnt from Natalie has given me the confidence to be a leader in my workplace.
