I was scheduled for occupational medicine, the schedule was respected and all the staff were very kind and respectful. I was hesitant when I read the reviews before scheduling me, but everything went very well. Thank you!
What disorganized the clinic!!! She tells you at the reception a scheduled time and when the doctor arrives you have another time in her chart plus everyone who was in the hallway we were all scheduled at the same time but not in the doctor's chart. This time everything was ok. I didn't give it the highest score because it's hard to answer phone appointments, although the girls at the reception are ok, it seems they can't deal with phone requests.

Any appointment is accompanied by a 30-40 minute wait, there are instances when the medicover calls the patients to come 20-30 minutes earlier and still wait 30-40 more... great
Don't bother getting there early as they don't keep appointments anyway.
The only doctor for whom it is worth going to the clinic is Mr. Gologan. And this if you have a Medicover subscription, otherwise you can look for him elsewhere, as he is a good professional.

I do not recommend this clinic, I would like the staff to be more polite, respectful as they are in other clinics... I hope things improve.
