My wife and I enjoyed ourselves and at fifty decided to invest a little in our fitness and appearance. The first contact on the phone was kind and patient, the initial meeting was professional, the examination and the procedure itself "like a knife through butter". The environment is very friendly, just a bit more complicated with parking. The post-procedure examination was very pleasant and the result was very good for me - overall great satisfaction. The approach of all employees and Dr. Fiala was great. I was very pleasantly surprised how the nurses took care of me before and after the operation. I underwent the third procedure at the clinic and I was very satisfied with the overall approach. From the consultation, to the procedure, to the night spent in the clinic after the operation, everything was perfect.

I was very satisfied with the clinic. Mr. Pachman explained everything to me thoroughly, he offered me a different option than I wanted and I did well to follow his opinion. The care of the nurses was perfect, I did not think that I would bother them at all. The procedure went without any problems

Unfortunately, I also have to join in with the bad review. I have been booked for the procedure since February. However, the doctor I wanted to see had stopped working with me in the meantime, and I relied on the fact that it was a reputable clinic and that the other doctors would be just as good. Unfortunately, there was some misunderstanding between me and the call center, and Dr. Sellner told me twice the amount I expected. Already at that moment she became very uncomfortable and it was clear that even though it was a paid consultation, I was bothering her with my questions. At the same time, it wasn't about the amount at all, I just wanted to explain that this is really the service that I read about and how it works, and I was determined to undergo it regardless of the price. Thank you thank you thank you! I had a BV with Dr. on February 22nd, 2023. Pachmann. He was kind enough to operate on me because my operation couldn't take place in Prague... I immediately felt at home in the clinic as it is extremely modern and well maintained. The doctor speaks English and many nurses even speak German. Everyone is super friendly and explains everything to you. I never had any concerns and would take this trip again at any time! Dr. Pachmann did a fabulous job and my scars have healed so well after 2 months that you probably won't be able to see them at all later. I'm more than happy! Also big compliments to Marie! She was available to answer my questions at any time of the day and has been a great support to me even after the operation to this day. Great clinic!... (Show more)

I would like to thank MUDr. Martin Fial for the operation, which I consider very successful, and MUDr. To Sabina Sellner, Ph.D., for several years of dermatological care, thanks to which I gradually got rid of the problems that had troubled me since my youth.

I was a long-time client of the Medicom clinic. I regularly went for botox, first in Prague to the amazing Mudr. Třísková, after moving to Moravia to Mudr. Pachman. Until yesterday. In July, I returned from a six-month trip to Asia and made an appointment with Dr. Pachman again - unfortunately, I got sick, so I wrote to the reception in advance to reschedule. I got a new appointment a week later. However, our family decided that we would go on an unplanned last minute vacation, so I sent a system cancellation SMS again in advance that I would not be able to come. In both cases there was room for someone else to order instead of me. But the doctor apparently took offense and told the reception not to order me to see him again. I was seriously offended by this behavior - if it happens twice that you apologize ahead of time, the clinic will punish you like this and fire you like a convict. And I also consulted him about my breasts and it was agreed that I would come after the children. I won't come, the doctor took care of himself. As a replacement, I was offered another dermatologist - given that I was also at Mudr. Richter, who botoxed my forehead so badly that my entire eyebrow fell off and I had vision problems, so I refused. The Medicom clinic lost a client who had been loyal to them for about 8 years. In the summer of 2022, I underwent hair mesotherapy for the third time at the Medicom clinic. I am satisfied with the results, the hair loss has decreased significantly. This is a very effective method that I supplement daily with a hair growth serum and vitamins. I made an appointment at the clinic again this year. Our experience with MEDICOM Clinic was absolutely horrible. Here, the friend met Dr. Ondrejko, who welcomed her with shocking arrogance. Not only did he not treat her with basic courtesies such as a handshake, he scolded her harshly for arriving 10 minutes late due to parking difficulties. We came from Slovakia and had no way of knowing about the intricacies of the local infrastructure. We must not forget that Dr. Ondrejka maintained his arrogant rhetoric throughout our short stay. The consultation, which was more of a series of profanity-laced swear words than a professional discussion, lasted only about 5 minutes. Despite this, the clinic charged us 1000 CZK for this experience, which can best be described as traumatizing. Such aggressive rhetoric would be unacceptable in any context, but especially in a situation where a client comes with confidence to a specialist for a very personal matter such as breast augmentation. In addition, Dr. Ondrejka did not respect her requirements regarding the size and finally rejected her. At the end of the visit, the clinic staff forcefully pushed us to sign the contract. The situation became so uncomfortable that we had to sneak away. This was my first and certainly my last meeting with the MEDICOM Clinic. I advise everyone to seek professional help and decent treatment elsewhere.... (Show more)
