Had 3 treatment sessions, all carried out professionally and carefully. Everything explained in detail, which really put me at ease. Lots of treatments for men, would definitely recommend. The whole team are warm and welcoming. A great experience!
Dr Dondos is one of a kind. Her work is efficient gentle and subtle. Special thanks to Joanna too and of course the lovely FOH staff !
I have been coming to Medicetics for a couple of years now and I am so happy with everything they have done for me. All the doctors and aestheticians are very knowledgeable and I can't imagine going anywhere else!
Had a treatment with Dr.Sepi for Masseter Botox. Dr.Sepi is absolutely amazing so caring and polite, takes her time to explain everything and advise the best treatments for me. A thank you to the front of house for their warm welcoming and for all their help. Highly recommend Medicetics
Fabsolutely fabulous experience I had at Medicetics with Joanna. As soon as I step into the clinic she made me feel at ease. I booked in for Laser Genesis and Excel V Laser. After just one session I could see a slight difference on my broken capillaries and my redness on the cheeks. Joanna she is a great practitioner. Extremely friendly staff. Dr Mullan was attentive, gave me good advice which included discussing my diabetes and how it was impacting on my skin. I was very pleased with my visit.
Very very upset - appointment booked for 6pm, arrived at 5:50pm but was not seen until gone 6:30pm. This is not acceptable when I’m paying £400+ for a treatment which takes no more than 10 minutes… I have been coming here for almost a year and have liked it up until now but will go elsewhere in future as I do not have 30 mins of time to waste when I have already left work early to get to my appointment.... I have been coming to Medicetics for quite a few years now; their Hydra Facials with laser genesis is one of my favourites and my skin is in great health because of these. Coupled with Dr. Dondos's artistic and realistic touch when it comes to Profilo and botox - Vicky is worth any wait list.

Dr Dondos is brilliant. She makes me look "very well" which for me is important, I don't want to look as though I've had Botox and this is exactly what Dr Dondos does, she checks with you on every visit and I value her advice on what best suits my face based on what works for me specifically.
