I've been a loyal client for over 9 years. The owner Pari is so welcoming and tailors treatments based on your individual needs. She is very knowledgeable and treats you with respect and kindness. I seldom do reviews but this business merits the praise.

Pari is amazing with her customers. She takes care of everything by herself to make sure things are done properly and up to her standards. I loved this place!

They steal your money their treatments dont even work they pressure you non stop to buy 90$ creams and tell you that if you dont buy it your treatment wont work.And dont be late because in addition they will make you pay extra $$$ if you re late by 5 minutes. UPDATE 8 MARCH: GOT MY CHECK FOR $57,48 (PRICE OF MY TWO GROUPON REMAINING TREATMENTS) UPDATE 5 MARCH: GOT BANNED IN THE BUSINESS DUE TO MY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK: I bought a deal on Groupon and thought it was a good deal, until I went there and as Marianne said above, they insisted very hard until I finally purchased a sunscreen worth 50 dollars. I told them that my dermatologist doesn´t advice me to buy stuff without consulting her and, of course, they knew more than her and gave me a bunch of arguments which made me feel stupid if I did not buy their product. I have been always complemented on my skin.... almost flawless and with the typical hormonal breakups... And they told me that I had blackheads, brown spots... Haha basically that I did not take care of my skin. One thing I invest my money on, is beauty products, but anyhow.... They would have been ok (not extraordinary, though) if they had been a bit more respectful with my non-disposition to buy. I will spend my other voucher and I am done!... (Show more)

Very nice spa, the stuff is very helpful, especially the girl Sarin. I did laser hair removal, their machine is amazing and I also got HydraFacialMD absolutely out of this world, worth every penny

Horrible experience. She tried to charge me 60 dollars just for a consultation. I bought a Groupon for her and she said I couldn't use it because I didn't print it out. This was never mentioned in the fine print. She also mentioned that there's a whole slew of steps you need to take if you are using a Groupon that she couldn't explain over the phone. Great place, great staff !!! I highly recommend this place.

Pari is professional and very friendly. She understands her customers needs and gives good advice. The spa is relaxing. I love it there.

Be careful if you subscribe and miss a session there is a $50 penalty. I found their ads on groupons 120 for lipocavitation sessions but as you see they will try to take your money since they lack customers. I find that too much... I've never seen an aesthetic center that penalizes so much. Plus the technicians won't stop harassing you to buy other products... it's too annoying. And what's more, they're too cold... and there's no one in this spa apart from me. I was surprised. The device then I do not recommend it at all. We don't want to show you the devices before the treatment. It makes such an annoying noise in the ears, I was no longer capable and it wasn't even effective for losing weight.. After you buy the package they will tell you through their own mouth that it is not effective and You need to buy other products. The worst experience of my life... (Show more)

Worst customer service I have seen in my life. There was clearly a problem and the manager, instead of talking like an adult with me, was busy doing other things and came to shout at me once in a while. The secretary tried to get involved but only made things worse. Every time I went there, they tried to sell me additional services that weren't even targeted just to boost their sales.... I loved their friendly and professional service. I had glycolic peel done. I have seen a significant difference before and after, my acne marks are almost gone, very satisfied with the results for both.The technician was very nice, answered all my questions, did the treatments with great care. Medical Spa Pari is a failing business that is clearly struggling to make ends meet. I feel so bad for the receptionists who are pushed to harass the clients for payments(explains why theres a new one every week). Schrammek and Mesoestetic products they forced me to buy i found online at 50% the price they charged me. Please don't be fooled! I always see the girls mopping and cleaning and they never look happy. There's something that smells fishy about the treatment of the employees. I cannot wait for my membership to end as i was forced to get it anyways. Note to the business owner: if you want your business to appear high end, higher a care taker instead of making your receptionists your janitors and putting them into uncomfortable situations.... HORRIBLE PLACE. AVOID. They only want to steal your money. They are horrible people. Trust me, I saw the other good reviews and thought that the bad ones weren't so bad, NO. Don't go to this place. Look for a serious business. For my treatment, which didn't even work, not only they manipulated me into buying a bunch of creams and stuff that you get really cheap elsewhere, they harassed me with other treatments and stupid combos. Even if you find a great deal at Grupon, you are going to end up paying a lot of money. Other thing, the most important one: they make you sign this paper saying if you do not show up they will charge you $50 dollars ($58 with taxes). That's too much, but ok. Last time I was there, I arrived 10 minutes late (I called letting them know, so, they had the time to organize and etc). I get there, they keep me waiting while they attended two other customers with short treatments. But then, they start a whole procedure that lasted about 50 minutes to other patient. So basically I said I have to go because I can't wait for her treatment and mine. So the HORRIBLE person at the cashier said "oh are you cancelling?" and am I "no, I'm here", but she said "but you were late". At that point it was paying her or just going too uncivilized crazy. SO I BASICALLY PAID THEM TO NOT GET TREATMENT, even when the technician was there and I was there.. I dont write reviews, but this is too much. This place should be shut down. I TELL YOU, DON'T GO.
