Very good sanatorium

We have been choosing EGLĖ sanatorium with our family for several years in a row. This time we chose Eglė comfort in Druskininkai, we rested 2 adults + 1 child in a family double room for 5 days. So, this is a personal review only about Druskininkai Eglė comfort. In the pre-registration form, I indicated as a request a room with windows facing the forest, but this was not taken into account. There is no electronic queue regulation system, apparently there is still a live queue at the only Eglė comfort reception desk :( The doctor didn't pay enough attention when she heard that we came "just to rest" and not for treatment. If I had not known what to expect from the proposed procedures, she would have prescribed procedures that did not meet my needs at all. I would rate the consultation as "standardly superficial". Again, there is no e-queue regulation system at the clinic's reception desk, I had to apply several times due to errors in prescribing procedures, later I noticed that one was completely missed :( Well, in the end, we managed somehow. For food. It declares that it strives for the same quality in all units of the same level of comfort in Eglė, but the quality is really inferior to the sanatorium in Biršton: a narrower assortment, the canteen rooms are too cramped and the arrangement of the food is illogical and inconvenient - it is not clear from which side the queue goes, so people are nervous, distances are not maintained. Rooms. Our family double room was spacious enough. There are no fans in the bathroom, with three people living... By the way, where has the signature scent of Eglė gone? I used the Eglė mobile app, which often crashed, it was not possible to register with it everywhere in Druskininkai, it did not scan. I could not rate specific employees because they are not visible in the app. Set up the Comfort Canteen. Electronic queue regulation system at the reception desks! Anyway, time to upgrade the K body :) PROS. Great gyms and facilities. I liked the sauna complex. Amazingly beautiful and organized environment, adjacent pine forest. A worthy place to improve your health!

Pleasant service staff. Children's playroom. Delicious and elegantly served food. There is only one problem - there are no entrances to the buildings, procedures for the disabled.

We liked to drive constantly. Especially this year, I liked the submarine made by Dalija D.

Super water pool and saunas - all in one space area. Decent price, not too crowded. Sorry about young families but that place is focused adults more, not really for children as there is only one pool suitable for them. There is a nice wintergarden, pieceful area for having rest after water procedures or just to have a cup of tea.... (Show more)
