Good advice to give, but they don't want to see what the patient is coming for, just talk and cao.

Wow, I had a great consultation on the phone (with the charming Ms. Dittrich). Incredible woman, who is super personable, gives you open and fair advice and even has an ear for everyday stress :D I already feel like I'm in great hands after this super nice phone call. THANKS in advance to Ms. Dittrich!! (Dear bosses, this woman deserves a bonus ;)) The appointment with Dr. Moser was great. Great practice, super nice consultation assistants... Dr. For me, Moser himself showed surprisingly little interest in beauty :D So nothing is forced on you here, either you want it - he gives you great advice and accompaniment (more than great!) - but if you want to be persuaded, then you're there him wrong. He finds beauty everywhere and I don't think he has an ideal of beauty - he advises you so that it is only changed subtly (but for me it makes a lot of difference) but it still looks natural. So if the doctor is rich - I'll give it to him :D He actually changed my image of plastic surgeons :D and no, we're not friends, I don't know him and it's not easy to convince me because I've (unfortunately) been to a lot of doctors... this time voluntarily and then with such a nice one Appointment rewarded :) Thank you Medical One :)... I'm not really happy with the results even months after the operation. The effect seems only minimal to me and does not come close to my wishes, which I understood to be realistically feasible in the medical consultation. Looking at it that way, I could have saved myself the money. Disappointing.

I had a great first Botox treatment with Dr. Sausage. I felt very well looked after throughout the entire process. He also took the time to answer all of my questions in detail in advance. The team is professional and sensitive. I highly recommend them and will definitely come back!

Unfortunately not recommended. The clinic is not equipped to provide proper care after the operation. For example, when placing a catheter, a tube that was much too thin was used, also a vessel that is much too small. The “measured” bodice was way too big. The follow-up treatment is now being delayed for weeks. Some excuses are constantly being made. Sometimes it's the doctor's fault, then suddenly you want to check everything again, then you no longer know what it's all about, then suddenly another doctor is responsible and now Corona is to blame. I had liposuction on my breasts, stomach and hips about 1 1/2 years ago. Follow-up checks are carried out by Dr. Shoemaker very dear. I am also very satisfied with the result. Hands off! I wanted advice/intervention on the subject of hyaluronic acid in the lips. The consultation appointment cost 50.00 euros in advance. It's really worth the money to me for decent advice, but I was less enlightened and more insecure afterwards than before. First of all, the appointment started 40 minutes later than agreed and the subsequent consultation wasn't even worth her time. The doctor felt like she was rolling the prices and couldn't make a clear statement about how high the costs are for this “standard procedure”. I should contact the administration about this. In the middle of the consultation, she looked in the mirror and said “I have to do my hair first” and then opened her bun and styled her hair. I was constantly interrupted and in the end her conclusion was that I was welcome to look around and that she could recommend M1 in Stuttgart. The fact that she didn't make an appointment with the competition for me straight away was really everything. Their farewell at the end was clear and clear. She leaned back in the chair, gave away her arms and said “you have already paid 50.00 euros and are bound to us one way or another”. I went to Medical One in Stuttgart for a consultation in March. The clinic has great parking options right in front of the entrance! The waiting room offers a nice ambience with a radio in the background and numerous magazines to read. My treating doctor Dr. Schumacher took a lot of time and showed understanding. I actually only had to wait 3 weeks for my surgery appointment, but I would have accepted a longer wait. I didn't have to wait long for my consultation appointment, but be understanding if it's an extra two weeks, it's always worth the wait! On the day of the operation everything went pretty quickly, arrival - Corona test - changing - further information from the anesthetist - signs - operating room. A huge thank you to the operating room nurses who allayed my fears and stood by me at all times! Especially Sister Jelena. The Medical One team and Dr Schumacher deserve an 11 out of 10. My wife's surgery result was disastrous! Hired a lawyer and NEVER AGAIN. Stay away from this beauty clinic! Agreed offers in writing no longer count from one day to the next, only once :-)

I made an appointment at Medical One. Had to pay a fee of €39 in advance (medical advice and information in the preliminary consultation). Although I was vaccinated twice with Biontech and the PCR test was negative, you canceled this appointment due to my cough (preventative due to Corona). So there was no service. After 10 calls (it's been going on for 4 months) I still haven't gotten the money back even though you kept promising. Nobody responds via email either. Bad customer service. Cannot recommend.... I went to Medical One in Stuttgart for a consultation last week. First of all, I have to say huge praise for the location. The clinic is located in the commercial area. This saves you the hassle of walking through the city. My treating doctor Dr. Schumacher took a lot of time and showed understanding when other doctors just laughed at me. I had a gastric balloon implanted here on Saturday. I am extremely satisfied with the preparation, treatment and advice. I can always call or write to Dr. Teschers. He and Ms. Fiedler (the senior coordinator) are always friendly and try to find a good solution. Dr. I describe Teschers as an extremely empathetic and competent doctor who takes the time for his patients and does not see them as "commodity". Today we would like to share our experience with other interested parties to simply provide information from the patient's perspective. My mother had a facelift done 2 years ago for a lot of money (Medical one was the most expensive provider) and we thought that this price was justified due to the high level of professionalism advertised. But unfortunately we had to have different experiences. Dr. Modschiedler is a very sociable and friendly doctor and I don't want to speak badly of him, but the work that was done for my mother is more than unsatisfactory. During follow-up care, our concerns were immediately raised, but immediately dismissed with the justification: WAIT! We did this patiently - another six months and the end result didn't improve one bit. On the contrary, the forehead area, cheeks, mouth area and chin are almost as they were before the major facelift. The only thing that is praiseworthy, if you can still enjoy it despite the high financial and physically demanding effort, is the neck area, which turned out as we were told beforehand. Everything else could have been saved. It's a shame that decent and justified "complaints" are no longer addressed here - from our point of view, the helpers and Dr. Of course, Modschiedler perceived it that way, but as already mentioned above, immediately dismissed it. The decision to Dr. Going to Otte changed my life. I am overjoyed after my operation. He is a very sensitive doctor and yet absolutely professional. I felt very comfortable and understood in the clinic and would recommend it to absolutely everyone!

I had the pose procedure 6 months ago. I've already lost 20 kilos. I'm super happy with the results. I wouldn't have been able to do it on my own. The advice, hospital stay, further support and staff - everything was great. I will always recommend it.

5 weeks ago Dr. Modschiedler performed a tummy tuck on me and I can only say good, very good things: The doctor is great, cares about the patient, and is always up for a joke 🤣. It gives you power, strength and, above all, it takes away your fear - in a very sensitive way. Dr. Modschiedler always took the time to answer my questions. The advice was very detailed and understandable. My operation went perfectly from the beginning, from the first consultation to the operation and afterwards, just as Dr. Modschiedler said before. After the operation he kept coming into the room and asking if everything was okay. When I was discharged, he gave me his card with the cell phone number where I could reach him at any time. This is just a great service. Dr. Modschiedler is a cool, very competent, experienced and conscientious doctor. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, starting from the reception - sweetened with coffee, drinks and chocolates. I immediately hit it off with sister Jelena, she's cool, friendly and fun for everyone 😉 so stay like that and keep it up Jelena 👍😊. Of course I also speak for the anesthetist and the entire staff. They are super great 👍👍👍. The clinic is very clean, everything is sterile. Great attention is paid to hygiene, which is very important to me. The rooms were great and nothing was missing. I was in Stuttgart with Mr. Dr. Schumacher and had him enlarge my breasts there. The result was beautiful and it gave me a new attitude to life :-) The entire clinic is very well organized and everything went smoothly from the consultation to the follow-up check.
