Came here twice, first time I came they were 30 minutes late. I openly expressed my disappointment to them so I was expecting that they would have at least noted that. I would like to praise the team and customer service offered here. Chantelle was very good at explaining the mechanism of the laser machine to me before going ahead with the treatment as it was my first time. She was also careful not to recommend me any random treatments that might interfere with my current medication as prescribed by my specialist, which is very professional of her. Gino is friendly and warm and welcoming at the front desk. Even shared her personal experience with treatments she has received with me. I still can’t believe they do price match for laser hair removal, i paid a penny but staff treat me superb plus the machine they are using is super nice, can’t feel a thing, 10/10 Also did a free skin consultation, both professional and caring, will def come back for my skin plan, 20/10
