Not recommended, I had a vaginal ultrasound with Doctor Francesca Fei, rude, unpleasant, never again at this clinic

I take the liberty of writing my personal positive review of the Risana center and also taking advantage of this to support the center itself in the response given to the lady who considers Dr. Fei RUDE and UNPLEASED as I too was present at the scene reported and annoyed by the insistence of the same lady who, moreover, had already finished his visit and was slowing down the visit in progress. I can only add that I would recommend Dr. Fei to any woman/friend/mother/new mother, in short to any woman looking for a PROFESSIONAL PERSON but at the same time a scrupulously attentive Professional/Woman/Person who knows how to go further and always be there on the front line for any problem. We women know how important it is to have a doctor with whom we can feel at ease, supported and understood for certain delicate situations that concern us and it is precisely in this WOMAN that I found a fabulous mix of things which I just mentioned. ... I absolutely have to deny what was stated by the patient who reviewed the doctor. ssa Francesca Fei in a negative way, as she is a high level educated and prepared professional. Nothing corresponds to what was said. Super recommended!!

Excellent medical center for professionalism and seriousness, my husband and I have been relying on them for years. The secretaries are very kind, especially Veronica for her availability and friendliness. Five stars are few.

Unfortunately I must point out that the answers to telephone calls are decidedly long. I'm confident in an improvement.

The Risana Medical Center is a serious and professional place. The friendly and smiling staff. They always manage to satisfy requests by providing appointments both privately and publicly.

So far I have had the opportunity to have two diagnostic tests done by them with the national health service and I have always found availability in a very short time, quick appointments made by telephone, very well organized and punctual, I will certainly keep them in mind for other requests.

I book an ultrasound privately, via the cup solidarity website, I get a call, I call back endlessly, with no answer, until I leave a message on the answering machine following the instructions. They called me back the same morning as the appointment, at 11.30am to cancel the ultrasound scheduled for 3.30pm. So, I'm spending the weekend anxious about not having been able to carry out the investigation, plus I lost the work permit that I will have already obtained. For me, fail! Excellent radiology center. Appointment made in 2 days for plates with an excellent quality / price ratio.

I had an ultrasound on my foot on August 2nd, on the 1st they called me saying that the doctor had had an accident and couldn't do the ultrasound but if I paid the fee another doctor would do it for me the same day, I said I'll wait until yes the injured doctor recovers, I'm still waiting...

It's impossible to talk to them! They never answer the phone! Absurd! Never again

The Risana Medical Center is a welcoming place made up of extremely kind and trained staff. I met him through my dad's cardiologist who works in this facility and I was pleasantly impressed.
