Along the way we have encountered many difficult situations in 99% of which we have responded with respect, consistency, knowledge and expertise. We are sorry for your issue, which prompted you to leave 1 star. However, your comment is incomplete and no explanation is given of exactly what happened, when, which partner served you and what the outcome was. Leaving two words poor, abstract and by many derogatory, does not solve your problem, leaves questions about the credibility of the review and does not give us the scope and opportunity to improve our services even more - if the case you are referring to is true .
