It's horrible, don't come here, the nurses are about 15 years old, they almost knocked me down and the treatment from Dr. Ivan was terrible, he has no empathy or tact, he's a savage, I don't plan on ever going back there 🙅 …

It was a place where I was treated with great kindness and attention, and the doctor I visited is a great person and very capable in her profession,

Excellent care from Doctor Edgardo Barba Rodríguez, he is a general practitioner.

The billing area fails, or they don't give you the invoice and you have to chase them, or when there are several invoices they don't do all of them. I always suggest checking, especially when you are going to discharge a patient who was hospitalized.

The treatment leaves something to be desired and they do not apply any insurer discounts on office studies.

They already need to relocate, parking is insufficient, and with the fact that they have built a tower on each street it is somewhat confusing.

Terrible emergency service. Unnecessary studies and doctors with zero service attitude.

I went to an internist for a review, I told him my problem while he only looked at his computer, without further ado he filled out the sheet with the supposed analyzes and that was it, he didn't even bother me and of course I paid for the full consultation. They take advantage of you not making a problem.... (Show more)

I called for an EEG and asked about an appointment, they told me it was without an appointment, they told me the cost and the details of how to go. The next day we arrived and they told us that it was by appointment and they couldn't attend to us.

Hello girls. Anyone else who has been treated at this clinic to give up a child for adoption? who wants to begin the process of biological reunion?

If you plan to go to Dr. Guillermo Calderon Mendoza of Hematology, don't do it. I made the mistake of making an appointment with him and believe me, it is very unprofessional. To begin with, both times I showed up for the consultation I arrived an hour after the agreed time. Afterwards, he sent me to have a transfusion of an unusual medication, for which he had a prescription, he NEVER gave me a prescription, I asked for it many times, he literally ignored me, until I called his office and the only response I had was on the part of his assistant was “the Doctor says that he is not going to give you any prescription, that you take the necessary measures, but he will not give you anything”... I arrived at the emergency room with my grandmother who was having a heart attack and they quickly transferred her to the emergency room and the nurses and doctors on duty responded quite quickly. Very good attention from everyone

It is with deep sadness that I relate the tragic loss of my father, a victim of chemoembolization performed by Dr. Esteban Ramírez. Despite the warnings of two oncologists and the clear instructions of Dr. Esteban himself in an educational video, where he detailed ignored protocols, my father, unfortunately, fell into the clutches of false promises. Originally intended for a liver transplant, we were in the process of moving to the United States for said procedure when my father consulted Dr. Esteban. Motivated by ambition, he assured him of a quick and risk-free solution, despite the seriousness of the diagnosis: liver cancer accompanied by cirrhosis. Initially, the Dr. quoted the operation at 180 thousand pesos, increasing to around 300 thousand pesos at the time of his death, evidencing his contempt for life compared to his desire for profit. Post-surgery, the lies persisted as my father deteriorated. Dr. Esteban denied complications and hepatic encephalopathy, ignoring the clear symptoms pointed out by another doctor. At the Medica Campestre hospital, we were denied vital information and access to specialists, making the situation worse. The decision to transfer my father to ISSSTE came late, because Dr. Esteban had hidden the truth. My father died in a hepatic coma, a victim of hemorrhage caused by the operation. This painful episode highlights the lack of ethics and professionalism of Dr. Esteban, who prioritized his financial benefit over my father's health and life. If it were not for his ambition, my father would be alive, in stable health and enjoying his active life. It took away his opportunity to move toward a transplant, offering him hope that could have led to many more years with us. Instead of celebrating his birthday on January 1, my father passed away due to chemoembolization performed by Dr. Esteban. Today, with conviction and regret, I call on Dr. Esteban to reflect on his actions. I urge you to abandon using your patients' hopes as bargaining chips and consider the devastating impact your decisions have on people's lives. My little brother and sister, ages 7 and 12, now face a future without their father, a loss that could have been avoided if not for the lack of ethics and negligence of a doctor who prioritized financial gain over human life.... A few days ago a family member came to take her daughter because she was in pain and the 5-year-old girl was very sick and they only gave her pain relief and they sent her home and the girl continued to get worse and her mother was desperate seeing her daughter very bad, she went directly to the PEDIATRIC CENTER with the help of a patrol that escorted her there. They quickly give you a diagnosis. Madam, your daughter is in very serious condition and it is due to a scorpion bite and they quickly stabilized her. Meanwhile, the country doctor said it was pain or that she was constipated, they almost gave her a wash. And they still charged him. They almost killed his daughter.... (Show more)

It is not the first time we have had a terrible experience in this “hospital”, two days ago my grandmother had a fall and we took her to the emergency room, the staff instead of taking the situation would be they were laughing as if nothing had happened, they did not provide her no medication for the pain after taking x-rays, which the doctors came out in the emergency room almost to prepare her because she needed surgery, which had to go into the operating room urgently, it is the second time that they want to admit a family member directly to the operating room without first showing us the studies, it should be noted that we asked that we would need all the studies because we were going to refer her to OUR trusted doctor, they were upset when we told her not to take her into the operating room and they tried to scare my grandmother by telling her that SHE WAS VERY SERIOUS and that if it happened too much time could be worse, because at the moment the ambulance arrives to be able to transport her to our doctor who was already waiting for her in the area where the x-ray studies were performed, they tell us that they do not have the printed studies, that we should have notified them at that time. department at the time of entry? When the emergency personnel told us that there would be no problem and that we would have all her studies at the end, here the lady from the study area told me "the moment they put her here she had to tell my colleague at the counter" which at 2am THERE WAS NO STAFF IN THAT AREA, I told him that and he responded "I was just inside and I had to tell him" the medical staff never let us enter that area because only the patient could get through, they can't stand up. agreement between areas of the same hospital, they only cause problems, they themselves told us in their words "it is a problem between areas that do not agree" and those who end up paying for the problems of lack of communication in their hospital that has little ethics Professional are all the patients and family members who have the misfortune of passing by, because they also charged us for all the medical instruments, which, being present in the emergency room with my grandmother, I saw how the doctor on duty dropped the instrument to the floor or jar. of garbage to open new ones, neither the nurse nor the doctor could do it alone, more staff had to arrive so as not to contaminate the instruments and all of this made it very urgent to put her in the operating room and NO MEDICATION FOR THE PAIN, it should be noted that when our doctor checks the x-rays, VERY EXPENSIVE, done by the country doctor, he laughs and says that they were super poorly done, blurry and that they only served to scare the patient to tell them that he had to go into the operating room, terrible service and a lack of professional ethics! We do not make the mistake of setting foot in that hospital again.... (Show more)

The worst place for an emergency, they don't know what they're doing, it almost cost us our daughter's life, I can't believe that's what they call doctors and that they calmly discharge you knowing the risk to someone's life. .
