I just passed 3 months of breast augmentation post op and I can say that the results are life changing! Boost of confidence, love to see myself in the mirror and the natural appearance is the cherry on top! But apart of all this, the pre-op and post-op phases were smooth and easy to manage! I was very scared to go through all the pre-op protocols and the thought of being under anasthesia was terrifying! Went through all that stress just to see by myself how well prepared is the medical staff and how in control was everything around me! Dr Fazel makes it easier and he is very calm and very professional, so you get that feeling of protection and when you wake up, you just realise that you stressed too much! Then the post-op was even more convincing because after 2-3 days I was already ready to return to my activities, there was no pain but just some discomfort and in no time I was already going back to the gym for example! My experience before, during and after has been absolutely amazing. Dr Fazel and his team are so caring. Nothing is to much. Dr Fazel takes care of all your worries, he talks you through everything. There isn’t a question that he can’t answer. I thought I would be in bed for a few days after the surgery however I was up and about straight away. I had no sickness at all. Aftercare was and still is so easy, the nurses that you see after were wonderful and again so caring, and again will answer any questions that you have, and you can always contact them if your worried about anything day or night. If you thinking of getting any breast surgery (as that's what I had) I would go and visit Dr Fazel and have a chat about what your thinking of having done. He will discuss everything and he listens. Thankyou so much to Dr Fazel who was recommended to me by a previous satisfied patient I had a breast implant exchange along with skin tightening I couldn't have wished for a better experience beginning at the initial consultation up untill & after the surgery. In fact I found myself trusting in Mr Fazels advice so much that I was happy to allow him to go ahead & decide on the size of implants himself during the surgery & he didn't disappoint. I was especially concerned about the anaesthetic as my previous experience 11 years ago with another surgeon & anaesthetist was traumatic, but I needn't have worried because the anaesthetist was so reassuring when I explained my fears, he was amazing. All the staff at the fitzroy were extremely caring & didnt put any pressure on me to to leave until I felf comfortable to do so. I’m over the moon with my breast augmentation results by Mr fazel I couldn’t be happier and I finally feel confident in my own skin. Mr fazel PA Olivia was amazing from start to finish and answered any of my questions promptly. The only negative I have to say is that my surgery day and all the follow up appointments were running behind by atleast 30 minutes or more, now I understand that these things can’t be helped sometimes but every appointment being behind was a disappointment for me especially when you are paying a large amount of money you expect a tight ship to be run on time however I am extremely happy and would definitely recommended Mr Fazel.... My original breast augmentation, NOT performed by Dr Fazel was the best part of 20 years ago and for the past 10 years I had been living with an unsightly, uncomfortable and I found embarrassing capsular contracture. After years of my partner encouraging me to have it dealt with I finally decided to begin looking into it. After doing some research and checking multiple reviews I made the decision to arrange an initial enquiry early July with Dr Fazel. The consultation with Dr Fazel was great. We discussed my situation and what I was hoping to achieve. He was able to advise the best options for me, what the procedure would entail and address any concerns I had at the time. I was advised further that I only had to drop him a message if I thought of anything else in the meantime. Less than two months later was the day of my surgery. The day went as smoothly as I could have possibly hoped for, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly and I was back on my way home in a matter of hours. The recovery has went well and the staff have been very attentive, friendly and again helpful during follow up appointments and phone calls. I am now five weeks into recovery and have attended and I must stress enjoyed, my follow up appointment with Dr Fazel as both my partner and I found it very interesting and informative. Again Dr Fazel answered any further questions I had with regards to my further recovery and I found the pictures taken during my procedure especially interesting. On the 1st of June , I had implant exchange and Capsulectomy with Mr Maisam Fazel, . I am very satisfied with my results ,Mr Fazel is a very skilled and excellent surgeon. I definitely recommend Mr Fazel. He has such a calm and considered approach. I had breast surgery and as a very mature lady I wasn't expecting perfection but I'm more than happy with the results. As someone with an underlying health condition, Mr Fazel was very thorough about making sure he was fully apprised of my condition before proceeding with surgery and, although at the initial consultation I wanted to go full steam ahead, in retrospect I really appreciate his consideration and caution regarding any potential complications. Mr Fazel carried out a double breast reduction and tummy tuck. I cannot recommend his work highly enough. I was so impressed with the outcome. He has an excellent bedside manner and answered all questions I asked. His PA Olivia was also extremely helpful

Having had breast implants almost 20 years ago, my implants had hardened and capsulated. I had been putting off the surgery for a couple of years as now I am older I was more worried about the procedure. I researched for capsular contracture and implant replacement and found lots of information and made an appointment with Mr Fazel. Mr Fazel made me feel totally comfortable from the outset and explained everything in detail regarding my capsulectomy, impant exchange and mastopexy - I booked that day for a couple months later. I am now 6 weeks post surgery and it was by far the best decisions I have made. Mr Fazel was fantastic (as were all the nursing and clinic staff) and I am absolutely delighted with the results. The operation went perfectly and I recovered quickly, my scars are healing well and I am back to doing everything I did pre operation.
