Ms Clare Reid
Clare is a highly trained healthcare specialist. She remains at the forefront of healthcare knowledge whilst working as the Team Leader for the Patient Care Advisers. Having worked as a Senior Nursing Sister in Emergency Care for many years prior to joining the Medbelle team, Clare is equipped with an outstanding bedside manner and true insight into the medical field. She is motivated and empathetic, and her greatest joy is helping patients achieve their desired outcomes and supporting them every step of the way through their treatment journey.

Sarah is Medbelle’s Head of Patient care. She has been with the company since the beginning and has personally tended to hundreds of Medbelle patients. She is a great team leader, having spent eight years building, training and managing care teams. She is extremely caring and determined to deliver a premium standard of patient care, as well as making sure every patient achieves their desired results. Her role is to ensure that the patient care team continuously develops and perfects the highest level of personal care for Medbelle patients.

Laura is an experienced Senior Patient Care Adviser who has been with Medbelle since 2021; she's responsible for ensuring each and every patient has a seamless patient experience.
I honestly can’t thank Medbelle enough they were so accommodating and helpful with any queries. I had multiple consultations in which to decide exactly what I wanted, they were very easy to talk to and constantly checked up to make sure I was happy with all decisions I had made. In the process I was very anxious and my surgeon Dr Chin was amazing giving me all details to way up my options. I also had a care nurse Laura who was always on top of answering any questions I had which was lovely to have. On the day of my surgery my anaesthetist Dr Hassani and his assistance Phil were so lovely always checking in if I was ok or calming my nerves. I would also like to thank my scrub nurses Urszula, Nesty and Tracey who were all lovely and my recovery Tessa, who was very patient with me when after I woke up and ensured I was all ok. I had a Breast reduction at Burcott Hall and the hole experience was brilliant. Dr Jag and his team were very professional and reassuring. Lou the lady who set it all up for me was always on hand for anything answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease. I came across Medbelle. They made me feel at ease, they listened and was very helpful. Everything they said was on point to my enquiries, everything they said was actioned. This kind of first impression of trust made me decide. Now after 2 months with my new implants. The whole process at Medbelle has been exceptional. As someone who can be quite anxious, I’m really glad I went with this company as they have gave me more than enough information throughout to keep me from worrying. If you’re deliberating between places, know that what I found unique about Medbelle is their level of service and customer care. I had a lovely care advisor, Cameron, who called and messaged me regularly at every stage of the process. Having someone who you can be more personable with really helped me feel comfortable and less stressed. It terms of my breast surgery, I wouldn’t have wanted to have my surgery done by anyone expect Dr Ahmed. He’s highly knowledgeable in breast surgery and special cases (which mine was). I liked the fact that he was able to vocalise his thoughts on which size would suit me when I stated I wanted a natural result.
