Omniamed is a well-organised structure within which very serious and professional figures operate. Special mention to Dr. Doctor, expert in acupuncture. I highly recommend relying on him because in addition to restoring physical well-being by intervening on various pathologies, he is a very helpful and humane person; psychologically supports the person being treated by giving importance and making the patient's goals his own. Another worthy mention goes to Dr. Venanzi, a very competent and trained gynecologist and obstetrician who carefully follows her patient, providing important support also via email; together with Dr. Stangheril Francesca midwife they respond quickly to any doubts/needs. The OMNIAMED clinic for my wife and I is a highly professional center and truly a point of medical excellence, with reliable and attentive staff, we have always been treated very well... or rather very well. You would have deserved five stars...but today something happened that left me and my wife quite disappointed for how the telephone operator who was on duty this morning, Friday 4 December, treated us. I called the switchboard for the first time for information about an email I had to send and after waiting, the young lady introduced herself as omniamed and after having told me who I was, she hung up the phone, surprised and saddened by what had happened, I tried again, the telephone operator answered again, I told him "......I just called... and he hung up the phone, despite this I wrote down the email and sent it to your address for subsequent forwarding to the doctor to whom it was directed. late in the morning I explained to my wife and she herself tried to contact you and received similar treatment. My wife and I ask ourselves the reason for all this, as if we were criminals... However, you should know that I have recordings of two phone calls....... Four stars as the service is good with fair waiting times, I went for an eye exam, a pleasant, kind and capable doctor. From my experience definitely recommended.
