From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and at ease, which is a big deal when it comes to dental procedures. The dental surgeon who performed my surgery was skilled, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me. I felt confident and relaxed throughout the procedure, and there was no pain or discomfort. The aftercare instructions were also clear, and the staff followed up with me to ensure that I was healing well. I highly recommend, top staff, total and efficient support, excellent translator. State-of-the-art doctors and latest generation equipment, clean and recent premises. Excellent relations with the clinic. I had a problem with a prosthesis and it was taken care of quickly and completely under the guarantee. 7 years ago I went to Medicover dental clinic budapest for implants I was nervous I actually went alone and what great care was given to me every step of the way and 7 years later I’m still very happy. So I was full of confidence when my partner needed full top set of implants. There were 3 stages to Paul’s happy smile Thank you so much Adam you are truly an amazing dental surgeon and all the staff there that give such great service. 1 star and that's too much. All negative reviews on their page or Facebook are deleted by them. They didn't come back to take us by taxi and we almost missed our flight. Once the money is taken it no longer matters to you at all. I strongly advise against their firm. Certainly there are cheaper options but doing implants while playing Russian roulette is not reassuring. I highly recommend this clinic at the forefront of professionalism and humanity. Went to medicover in Budapest for some dental work after an accident chipped my front tooth. My contact was called Bence and he couldn’t of been better, arranged taxis to and from the airport always available to give me advice on the local area covered all requested paperwork for tax returns and notes for work. Always came back to me instantly with any questions I had, truely a gent. I had the pleasure of working with Dr Adam and Dr Laszlo. I felt they genuinely cared about my well being they are confident and gentle with me throughout my procedures. Dr Laszlo spoke slowly and made me feel calm and relaxed (great taste in music) explained everything in a way where I felt so comfortable and calm. Just back from M-dental Budapest. I cannot rate this place highly enough, excellent care from Day 1. It took me 3 visits over a period of 10 months. I needed to have all my teeth extracted from my upper jaw along with numerous extractions from my lower jaw, leaving me with only 8 of my natural teeth left. I honestly expected to have all my teeth removed but they said that the 8 teeth could be saved and this turned out to be true it also helped to keep my costs down. I needed to have "all on 6" on my upper jaw alongside 3 on 2 and 1 on 1 on my lower jaw. I must admit there were a few ups and downs along the way but I was mentally prepared for such situations. The final day of treatment was very emotional for me and I must admit to crying with joy when I saw my smile for the first time in the mirror. All the staff were very helpful and communicated to me in English as I have no Hungarian. A Big big shout out to Dr Fruzsina Gyekiczki Dr Andrea Racz Dr Andrea Kertesz All amazing dentists. Also to all the dental assistants who assisted in delivering first class care. Of course none of this could have taken place as smoothly without the "Go to man" Mr Bence Csillag an absolute gentleman who co-ordinated everything for me from appointment times to making sure that I got a taxi back to the airport. He is absolutely, the lynchpin in the whole operation. I am already looking forward to my next visit to Budapest for my annual checkup as I have no fears or worries about visiting them again. Even if you are terrified of dentists or scared about the costs I would at least recommend that you contact them, even if it was just for a chat, they will put your mind at ease! I am an Australian who researched MDental Budapest thoroughly before engaging their dental services. My experience was super professional, Benece Csilag who was my point of contact through all my appointments went over and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, providing easy to follow instructions and a taxi to the airport. My Dentist Laura Zsofia is a highly professional caring and sensitive woman who explained each procedure. She was gentle, each procedure was essentially pain free and I say, highly trained. By the time I completed my appointments I left feeling I made a friend. Best dentist ever!!! MDental Clonic boasts a in house dental technician service designing and creating your crowns and implants - there is a glass wall where you can see the technicians working in this state of the art room. You just know when you step inside that “ I made the right choice coming here! The receptionist and the dental nurses must be mentioned - absolute professionals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My work included 21 zirconium crowns, 2 extractions and 2 implants. I won’t reveal what I paid, but in Australia I would have paid 3 x what I paid here. I now have my confidence back with my natural looking “ Hollywood Smile” From the first email I sent Benece requesting an opinion and quote- ( From Sydney I took picture of my mouth and teeth and they provided a estimate which was pretty accurate ) to the final appointment it was an absolute pleasure and experience to deal with world class fine dental practice. What a great experience I've had with Medicover. I'm from Canada, and needed four Implants. I chose Medicover in Budapest because of the quality and care I read about in the Reviews. I was lucky to have a Rpresentative who was very astute to my Needs. His name is Bence Csillag. If it wasn't for Him and his assurances I would never has chosen them. With Him helping and the reviews I read, I knew I made the right choice. My Teeth turned out great. The bonus is you get to spend time in one of the Worlds most beautiful city. This review comes 7 years after i did extensive work on my teeth (back in 2016). I went to medicover and i needed to extract three teeth. I requested to add dental implants and the doctor that was seeing me consulted and strongly suggested to NOT put dental implants and go with bridges instead. As I am not a dentist I listened to their opinion and we started the process of adding bridges. The past 2-3 years I started having issues with my teeth again at the area that the bridges were placed. I've seen different dentists in different countries and everyone was shocked as to who on earth would recommend me in destroying 6 neighbouring teeth to add 3 bridges! Further to that panoramic x-Rays shows a cement like substance as a residue at the place that one of my bridges was placed!! I'm at the point now that i need to start taking the bridges off and replacing them with implants. I can't say that every dentist in this clinic is not worth it but the one that did this to me doesn't deserve to be a dentist... (Show more)

My first experience was 5 years ago and I returned this week to ‘review and re-Alinement’ Excellent service as usual all completed in 2 days. I visited the clinic with a repeated replacement of a broken tooth. I am an insured customer whose package includes 1 suitable dental examination per year. In addition, I saw that there is a free denture consultation for the whole of July. In the framework of this, I tried to book an appointment by phone, and I had an idea about the dental replacement, so I asked that if it turns out that way, we can even start the chosen treatment right away. Finally, I asked for the structure of the tooth to be made of filling material. In the end, it turned out that I didn't get the free consultation, nor the free review in my package. Instead, I was billed for a full 45-minute treatment. Although I am satisfied with the work of the doctor, I still feel a little disappointed, because the dental restoration essentially consisted of the consultation plus the treatment, the consultation part of which should have been free within the framework of my promotion/package and only the 30-minute treatment should have been billed.... Are there Ukrainian doctors in your clinic?

I have to start by saying that my review has nothing to do with the end result of the dental professional’s work. That’s because I couldn’t get the answers I needed to begin the work. The 2 stars is based solely on the capabilities of the clinic and the lack of the other 3 stars is entirely because of my experience with their Tourism Manager. Here’s the story: After sending my x-rays, they confirm I will need my impacted wisdom teeth removed first. I’m 12 years from retirement, so they’ve been in the same position a loooong time. I’ve had braces and Invisalign. The orthodontists never raised an issue. As a matter of fact, they recommended to NOT remove them unless I absolutely had to. After relaying this information back to Ben the same day, I get a request 2 days later for pictures of my teeth with a proposed plan. Finally, progress ! So same day (5 January), I send pictures of my teeth, ask about the process (can it be split into 2 trips) and does their schedule allow the process to begin this month. I also point out that I specifically requested IPS e.max crowns but the proposed plan (and pricing) reflected zirconium. Then …. Nothing. On the morning of the 10th I send a chaser. Then … Nothing. On the morning of the 12th I outline my remaining questions (medications used, how to control any after treatment pain, safe to fly immediately after the procedure, able to eat/drink easily with temporary crowns, etc.). No response (they’re open until 8 and have received messages well past that time). It’s now the 13th @ 9:15 am (they open at 8). I’m thinking … if they can’t get THIS (easy) part of the process right, why should I be trusting them to get the difficult part right ? So I’m realizing I’m just not comfortable choosing them. I send an email touching on the lack of response, citing that this may not be indicative of the work their dental practice performs, but that this is all I have to work with in making my decision, and let them know that I will not be choosing them for my dental needs. Just 3 minutes after hitting “Send” I get a response from Ben that simply reads: Hi! I can clearly understand your opinion. Best Regards, Bence Attila Csillag Medical Tourism Manager Department of International Medical Tourism Medicover Dental Clinic, Hungary” Well, it’s been my experience, not opinion, but OK. Then I’m thinking … if he would have been so prompt when I was trying to give them business, they would have likely gotten the business ! Way to save the prompt response for the turndown, Ben ! It’s just like they teach it in universities and business schools … And my wife is in need of far more dental work than me, so 2 birds have been killed by the same stone. UPDATE: As you may see below, they asked for more information. My review is literally the play-by-play of what happened and when. After a cleaning, they recommended treatment of my decayed tooth. I had no complaints. After the filling, I felt the treated tooth was high, I went back 2 times to have it adjusted. After 2 weeks, I felt a sharp pain from my tooth to my ear, I went back again, they couldn't tell me what it was, they suspected another tooth. To be on the safe side, it was filled again, the pain eased a little, but an inflammation appeared in my sinus, but they suspected another tooth in connection with this, of course I had to undergo a CT X-ray. During the entire one and a half month process (ordeal), I was treated by 3 different doctors. Since in the end, a specialist would only be able to see me after 2 weeks, and they still suspected a high tooth, I went to another place where they performed root canal treatment on the treated tooth, which, unfortunately, had clearly given way in the meantime. There's no telling if it was a medical error or a coincidence, but I lost trust in the place overall during the process. A large company, whose subordinates are doctors, with the disadvantages typical of large companies (there is no proper communication and they shift the responsibility, the patient is mostly a number, perceptibly). There are many good dentists in Hungary, if you can, you should skip this place.... (Show more)
