What was once a great doctors surgery has gone drastically downhill in the last few years, when there was doctors actually at the surgery they were fantastic - I popped in just before Christmas to try and get my son an appointment to be told that there were no doctors at the surgery and they’d all finished for the Christmas holidays, this was 3 days before. I have been a patient here for many, many years, since it opened. I receive outstanding service from the GPs and Nurses here. The receptionists are helpful and sympathetic to one's enquiries. A first class service.

Absolutely horrendous trying to get an appointment after hanging on the phone for an HOUR and then they can't even get the medication right and to the pharmacy on time. Very disappointed.

It's almost comical how awfully run this place is. To even begin to make an appointment you have to go down in person as trying to phone in is absolutely hopeless - in person you can hear the reception phones constantly ringing with no staff bothering to answer. For my asmtha, I've had to run around in circles trying to fix my problem. I initially had to do an asthma review with a TRAINEE nurse. Not a dedicated asthma nurse as they seem to no longer have any. He didn't listen to my complains and clearly had no idea what he was talking about, and after I finally got referred to an unempathetic doctor I was fobbed off with a lazily doubled dose. I've recently tried to rectify this and was set up with an asthma review with the exact same incompetent male trainee nurse, and it somehow went even worse than last time. His claim was that he didn't think I was using my inhaler tube properly; the audacity to suggest that an asmtha patient of nearly 21 years is using his equipment wrong! He clearly hadn't wisened up from last time and had me waiting AN HOUR AND A HALF to speak to a doctor for what to do. I picked up my prescription on my way home from work and the morons have doubled my dose again, despite me clearly stating and the nurse even writing down the exact dose. I'm on quadruple the dose I should be! This is a joke of a practitioner's and if you can go somewhere else then please do. Terrible

The struggles to book a GP appointment here doesn't even come close to what other doctor surgeries are. Appalling. Wait on the phone for 30+ mins at 8am on the dot to be told call back tomorrow at 8am as no appointments left.

I should be give no stars for the treatment it was more like being touched they take medication away make false reports negligence staff and doctorsI have so many more illness from being there care there system doctors working for dwp not for the people I'm move away from this bad Marylands healthcare... Such a joke , I'm trying to get in touch with this GP for at least 2 weeks, every morning I'm calling and waiting for 1 hour , then ,suddenly my call is ended. I'd attach pictures if was possible, with all the calls and waiting.,so frustrating. Is just impossible to get a bloody prescription. I'm so happy I'm moving soon and I'll get a new GP.... Cannot thank the surgery enough for all their efforts over the last year in helping my daughter. Fantastic surgery and fantastic staff.

Nightmare surgery worst in the Borough manager is so incompetent it's not the staffs fault just the way it's run

Had my flu and COVID vaccination, booked online to get times appointment. Lots of car parking on site, a small waiting area inside..

One of the worst GP's in the area, had to switch due to Dr. Rahmans surgery closing down (who were amazing). - Can never get through on the phone, when i have its been after waiting for up to an hour. - Was told i needed a follow-up appointment in 4 weeks time, spoke to reception who said they couldn't do it at the moment and to call back the next day. Called back and was told i had to call on the day to get an appointment for a medication review even though the doctor had told me the reception would be able to book this in advance. - Its Almost impossible to get an appointment on the day and when you are working its not feasible to take time off on short notice. - Reception staff generally seem to do their upmost to make things as difficult and possible and seem - repeatedly told to use econsult which never works Overall impressions whilst on the outside it looks like a huge facility that will be great, its the complete opposite with no signs of ever changing....
