I’d not recommend this dentist whatsoever! They’ve changed my dentist twice in 1 year and my appointments keep getting cancelled. Dentists keep leaving and I’m left wondering why I ever joined this establishment. 1/10 not 5

Email sent with appt notice advising charge if don’t show but never a patient and don’t live anywhere near it. Very worrying as to how they got my details and why they made an appointment.

Worst dentist I’ve ever been to made a complaint was never contacted back, called about having gum problems still not contacted, had appointments cancelled a handful of times told only 2 dentist are available been like this for 2 years

made a pain appointment, was seen to in a few days told I need an extraction - no big deal now need to wait over a month for the extraction as they are too busy to to the work, I asked to bring the date forward as I am still in pain, they offered to make another pain appointment which will not result in getting the tooth extracted, I wish you could move appointments to help me as I know the tooth needs removed quite quick as its getting worse daily. 6 weeks to seek treatment after a pain appointment is extremely disappointing. I wish you could provide better for clients on NHS. is it all about money? if it were private would i be seen quicker? is this an option for me never discussed. I just believe they seem to have more patients than they can cope with meaning longer waits for appointments. how much to get my tooth out private? phoned to see if I am still a patient as not heard anything since COVID -I am still on their records i was in the middle of treatment, I've been left with a temporary plate, I suffer from pain, it is managable I get told they can see me for a healthcheck on the 12th of DECEMBER, they have a new dentist - so they have to start again, whats happening with my current treatment, do you not keep records? why do i have to wait 5 months, just for a 10min hello nice to meet you appointment for them to go, "yeah your teeth are bad and require treatment" can you come back another appointment please. why can't you remove healthy teeth on a patients request? pointless removing a few rotten teeth when the others will be in the same situation in a few more months... This is the SECOND dentist that I have had from this practice in a year. Whom I'm informed is leaving!! Why is this?? There a sever lack of patient centered care from this practice. I have had treatment cancelled on more than two occasions because they cannot keep their staff. When I asked who the owner was to write my concerns to, I was informed by the reseptioist I could not because they live in Greece!! I Registered awhile back, got an appointment 6 month later for a check up. A few days before the appointment I got a call from them asking if they can cancel it as theres someone needing an emergency appointment. I said no as I have a severy sore tooth and already been waiting for a while but since Im a new patient i cannot get an emergency appointment and the next appoint they could offer me is 4 month later. They said thats okay. The next day got a call that my appointment was cancelled anyways as they are short on staff. What kind of a practice is this!!... (Show more)

Registered as a new patient, been given an appointment in 6 month for a check-up. I called to double check on the day of the appointment just to find out its been cancelled and rescheduled for another 4 month. Ridiculous.

My experience with all dentists are fear upon fear but today was great. The nurses were really nice. The injection the worse part. They have made me less fearful on my next visit

I need to write this because I never received such a good service anywhere else when it comes to dentists. I would say that the best dentist I have ever been . The most enjoyable as it can be when you are in dentist chair . They are very friendly and professional, make you feel relaxed . I already rebooked my next appointment later on for this year. Brilliant dental surgery. The staff are always welcoming and try their best to accommodate you. I just had my first appointment today with Victoria who was so lovely and made me feel so at ease. I hate getting any kind of treatment done but all the staff are great at making you feel comfortable.

Used to be good,today went there,receptionist completely incompetent, couldn't answer simple question about price list,instead told me that the nearest appointment I can get will be in July. Disappointing, will be going somewhere else.

Had a great appointment with Julia on a October 19th. The best dentist I have ever had treatment from. She diligently saved a molar from needing a crown and did a perfect filling instead. Thank you Julia !

Was totally welcoming, kept apologising for my wait but with a young lad needing treatment I did not mind. In with the Dentist no waiting around procedure was completed very quickly. Follow up will be in 14 weeks due to Covid backlog but I am happy it is in this year.

Not been to dentist for a very long time. Broke front crown and was fitted in with appointment to suit within a few days... Was seen wee bit earier than time allocated.. all very friendly helpfull staff .. dentist/ assistant was very good 👍 10 /10.. Very covid aware and precautions done very well..... (Show more)

Excellent dental surgery, with great public transport service to the door. On arrival the reception team welcome you and due to covid 19 restrictions, make sure you are seated safely. The dentists I’ve seen have all been highly professional and engaging. My latest visit was with “Foti” he was reassuring and informative and instilled in me much confidence going forward with my further treatment. An all round positive experience. I would have no hesitation in bringing young children to this practice.... (Show more)

Had some treatment done (by Gerogia) and I felt at ease and reassured during the appointment, I left feeling much better. Staff were all very polite!

Receptionists arè all first class and the dentist is 100% n very attentive if your wary they make u forget that as soon as you arrive
