Yvonne did the Laser360 treatment on me. She is amazing! She did everything to make me comfortable that she could during the procedures. It was very easy to tolerate thanks to her! She also checked up on me repeatedly during the days that followed the treatment to ensure I was doing well and comfortable. I love Dr. Bishara’s practice, but Yvonne went above and beyond in my opinion. Also, my results are amazing! I am less than a week out and I love my skin. Had a FaceTime review with Dr. Bishara this morning. All the time I needed to ask any and all questions and receive patient, considered answers.

I got the hair transplant surgery 12/16 and I was told that 8-10 months for results at a maximum of 12 months. No one called for my 12 month follow up as they said they would so I called to see what had happened since now is about the 14th month and was told to wait another 3 months. After tens of thousands of dollars and NO results its very frustrating to get the run around or get blamed for their work that didn't help at all. Also, very deceptive since they want to use my existing hair that they didn't touch to cover up the area that they weren't able to get any results. This was an absolute waste of time and MONEY. Stay away because they will tell you anything you want to hear to get you and then later don't stand by what they originally said and change it. My hair is STILL THE SAME EVEN THOUGH I DID EVERYTHING I WAS TOLD TO DO!!! *As you can see from the response there is no ownership of the work performed and only playing the blame game.
