Located in the heart of Malahide village, Malahide Counselling & Psychotherapy offers confidential and discreet one-to-one and couples/relationship counselling services. Our team of experienced therapists provides support to adults, adolescents, and in some cases, children, addressing a range of personal issues such as anxiety, stress, grief, depression, suicide ideation, life-skills, and sexual identity. We offer both long and short-term therapy, tailored to each individual client's specific needs, with sessions lasting between 50 minutes to one hour. With flexible appointment times, including early morning and evening slots, we strive to accommodate our clients' schedules. At Malahide Counselling & Psychotherapy, we believe in flexibility and transparency, and as such, we never ask for money up front or require clients to sign a contract for a fixed number of sessions.
