I'm the founder of Magnolia Health Center, When designing this project I envisioned to provide the best treatment to my patients and create not only a Professional connection but also a very human and personalized service. I graduated at UABC Tijuana and a couple years later I specialized in Orthodontics and Orthopedics, in order to provide a more complete treatment for my patients. My main focus is Esthetic Dentistry, I also include boutolinic toxin to help them enhance the beauty of their face. I keep myself updated on aesthetic dentistry taking master classes and courses to ensure that I'm prepared to provide the best options of treatment to all of my patients. l look forward to working with you. I had oral surgery due to one of my bridges breaking with the prospect of getting a couple of implants in the near future. I was referred by a family member who has known the Dr. for many years. I was very nervous due to the travel however the staff is very knowledgeable of the procedures I had done and very attentive & reassured me on all levels. I am very appreciative of their work. Dentist Karina is the best ! I used to see her back maybe 7 years ago for braces and I reached out to her Saturday 3/7/20 because I had an emergency where I needed my chipped tooth to be fixed , I had the gender reveal for my baby and I didn’t wanna be like this with my tooth and Karina right away responded to me and squeezed me in ! I first learned about Magnolia Dental Center, more specifically about Dra. Karina Medina, from one of my son's buddies. I was looking for a new dentist in Tijuana, because the expense of my treatment in San Diego was very high, somewhere above $12,000 and my insurance was capped at $2,000 per year. Dra. Karina let me know that the same treatment in her clinic could be covered completely by the insurance over a period of two years, that is she would not charge more than $4,000 for the very same procedures. The most surprising part of my first visit was that according to the doctor some of the procedures recommended by the dentist in San Diego were not necessary. Dra. Karina could have lied to me and have done those unnecessary procedures; I wouldn't have known, but she she was honest. I was very impressed. I've had several bad experiences with dentists who I believe either prescribed expensive procedures or allowed problems to persist in order to make more money down the line, such as my implant (a long story of greed and mistreatment). Dra. Karina and her team are very personable and friendly and, above all, very talented and honest. She and her team have my highest regard and recommendation.... (Show more)
