Very happy with my teeth after working with Maadi Dental Center. Very kind staff and great facilities. Highly recommend.

I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism and disrespect from a dental center like I have in MDC. I overheard a DR YELL at the top of his lungs accusing a patient (myself) of theft and use disrespectful examples and words simply because I gently asked to reconsider the examination and xray fees as I made my intentions clear to the dr answering my call before my visit that I simply wanted to inquire the price ranges, not even the exact price of the procedure. I proceeded with the payment despite being apologized to from the staff for the miscommunication and requested a meeting with the Dr to express the frustration and humiliation I felt overhearing his loud conversation. I was denied any sort of communication with the Dr saying that no one can reach him now and that I should either send him an email or set another appointment. VERY IRONIC and even more humiliating. I attempted to find other solutions to reach out to him the same instant and the receptionist was very rigid and lacked any sense of humanity and parroted the statement “I work for him, I can only listen to what he says” By far the worst dentist experience I’ve had in Egypt.... I broke my molar just before a weekend so was in a hurry to try and fix it. I contacted Maadi Dental Center for the first time, and I was very impressed with the swiftness in seeing me and addressing my needs. Experienced clinic with a long track record. I had my aligner treatment with Dr. Noran, the results were great, she is very professional and super friendly.

The medical supplies are good, but the performers are not up to the high prices. It happened to me that a very recent graduate gave me an anesthesia injection, which caused significant drooping in the stomach of the mouth, causing it to be bitten and injured without me feeling it. I have been a patient with MDC for 2 years now since I moved back to Egypt, my case was assigned to Dr. Nouran (being an orthodontics patient). Dr. Nouran was the only Dr. accepting my case (since I already had my braces on for 3 years) while most clinics refused to accept my case, requesting me to start over with their clinics, however, Dr. Nouran being professional, accepted to evaluate my case and the progress I had, and decided to proceed with the case. During the period of 2 years ( the course of my treatment), my experience with MDC team in general and Dr. Nouran in specific was more than amazing, the easiness of getting an appointment, the professionalism of all staff, the patience Dr. Nouran has shown with all my concerns, addressing all of them, giving me time to understand her plan of treatment, what to expect next, the gentleness while doing any procedure. Now as I have finished my treatment, I would diffidently recommend Dr. Nouran for any patient looking for a professional orthodontics Dr., as she easily matches the calibers of Drs. abroad, I say this with 100% confidence as I have seen Drs in Qatar and Malta. Also I can’t express my gratitude to Dr. Hisham A.Alazim, Dr. Samar for their kindness while treating my mother, as she has a phobia from all dentists, but her experience with MDC was beyond her expectation, they dealt with her fear with patience and utmost understanding. I lived in Cairo for several years and am so glad that I found Maadi Dental Center. They are clean, professional, and caring. Their attention to patient comfort and their communication is excellent. I flew all the way from the US to have my dental work done here as the quality of care and skill of the doctors is well beyond what I receive in the US. Highly recommend.
