I am truly sorry about today's incident at your clinic. You were unacceptable. You treated a patient of yours who trusted you and was always consistent with her financial obligations with disrespect and cynicism (if you don't like to go elsewhere). Even though you destroyed two of her teeth she continued to trust you. Unacceptable. And one last question. In what capacity was Mrs. Papadatos discussing medical problems with me? As a dentist or as a secretary?? And with more right he told me if you don't like it leave and go somewhere else?? Nice behavior. Congratulations. Your answer about losing one of my teeth : It's been two years, now do you remember the doctor's mistake? And since it was your clinic doctor's mistake why didn't you take care to fix it?? And anyway don't you have the ability to judge whether a doctor you hire is fit and competent enough not to make a mistake? When a problem arises in a patient or a tooth is lost, then you will understand that you hired an inappropriate doctor?? Of course there was no restoration of the tooth. We were on holiday with our 19 month old child in August. Unfortunately he fell and hurt his mouth one afternoon in our hotel room. We quickly looked for a pediatric dentist and found Lyro Dental. We were able to get an appointment the same day we called. The dentist and the staff were so wonderful! There wasn't a wait when we went and they saw us right away. They worked really hard to keep my son calm by talking and singing to him baby shark which he loved! The dentist and staff explained everything we needed to do and when we should return for a follow up. We are so thankful for their kindness and wonderful job they did with our son. The team is super competent. X-rays and all new technical possibilities available. No prior appointment was required. The price is also cheaper than Germany. All in all I am more than satisfied.

I went to there for scaling. The doctor gave me a super service. he was so kind and lovely. highly recommend :-)
