We treat children's teeth here. Dentist Marta is unsurpassed! Professional, works quickly and accurately. Extremely pleasant in communication and finds an approach to each child. Three years ago, we contacted the youngest son, who after not very correct treatment, did not want to open his mouth to the doctor anymore. He runs to Matra as if it were a holiday. The middle son tries to brush his teeth so that at the reception he will be praised and shown that all the teeth are healthy. Older children feel respect from the doctor and are open to cooperation and listen to recommendations. Therefore, I sincerely recommend the doctor to everyone! The clinic itself is very modern and comfortable. There is a children's area with toys. Administrators are friendly. Disappointed and forced not to recommend! My story of dental treatment for a 5-year-old child in a "neoclinic", namely Dasha's dental clinic, ended too ingloriously. Before that, Liliana's teeth were treated and everything was fine. In June, 23 they offered a new dental clinic just like the previous one abroad. We are treating the upper tooth. ~2 thousand hryvnias We are going on vacation. Three weeks after the vacation, I notice that I don't have a filling. We do the restoration and pay again. After 2 weeks, there is no seal again. We are going to repeat the third restoration. (we don't pay) But we spend the colossal resources of the child and time. Where the doctor reports that she drilled deeper, put a composite filling, and the place is very bad (at the contact) and the filling does not hold well. It is necessary to drill even deeper with anesthesia. But the seal should hold. We leave the dentist, walk in the yard at 5:30 p.m., and have kefir dinner at home at ~ 8:00 p.m. In the morning, when I brush my child's teeth, there is no filling again. Three times in the same place, the seal lasts from ~ 1 hour to a week and falls from a glass of kefir. Dentist Dasha is pleasant, had contact with the child, I also trusted her, but the quality of the work turned out to be in doubt for me personally, even though I am not a specialist in this matter. But the big point in this story was put by the mega incompetent (in my opinion) administrator Olya, who said that she wants to help me, that's why she now communicates in the winter and spends a lot of her time on me! What must catch Dasha in the corridor to prove and explain something to me. And in order to justify the situation, she immediately started talking about the fact that the doctor is acting according to the protocol. And when he was treating a tooth, he went to meet me a second time and violated the protocol by treating without anesthesia. To which I replied:" if I don't sign the agreement on consent to treatment, will you treat the child's teeth?" No - the administrator answers. We will not violate protocol. So why didn't you refuse to treat a tooth for the first or second time without anesthesia when the doctor is convinced that without drilling it into the canal, the filling will not hold 100%? The protocol is valid only when it is beneficial to the clinic. By all possible methods, the administrator wanted to remove the responsibility from the doctor, so in the end she said that she was an intermediary and did not hear what I was talking about in the office with the doctor and could make it up)) Also, the administrator refused to give me the phone number of the director or the main customer service manager and said, that will convey all my remarks orally. And she also recommended changing the dentist. But unfortunately, after the conversation with the administrator, I not only do not trust Dasha's dentist, I lost trust in the clinic! The review is written on emotions and the truth is probably somewhere in the middle, but unfortunately ineffective treatment, wild incompetence of the administrator can destroy the good relationship between the client - the patient and the doctor. I had problems with my bite, my joint started to hurt because of it. Neoclinic is the only medical center where they clearly explained to me why this is happening and how to fix it. I paid for the braces in installments, the Neoclinic understands this kind of thing) sometimes they did additional examinations as a gift. Thank you very much for this. In general, it is very comfortable to be there and all the doctors are very helpful, so even the most unpleasant procedures were somehow easily tolerated.
