Excellent wax with Kia. Visited previously and was not 100% happy however I was messaged by the manager and warmly invited to a complimentary treatment which I took advantage of. I've had waxing and my brows done here. Care is always taken to ensure it's done properly, with a threading and brow consultation before starting. For waxing, it was the most efficient bikini wax ever, making it less painful - thank you

Extremely welcoming (snacks provided) I have visited on a couple of occasions. They made me feel really at ease from the outset. I’m leaning towards moving all my treatments to this location

Disgusting experience...They'll try to keep deposit even if they didn't want to treat me. On the first consultation I specifically asked multiple times if they can treat my acne and pigmentation to which they agreed and reassured they will, the woman was very polite that day. I was given some products and found my pimples were even getting even worse. I had paid a lot of money for the entire treatment in advance and told them it was worsening my skin. During this consultation I asked about my pigmentation and the woman I had spoken to denied ever telling me they would treat both, only the pigmentation. I wanted to go along with the treatment as I had not fully started yet but the woman was being strange and told me she did not want to treat me because apparenently I did not trust her and they wanted to keep the full deposit at the start too. A man then came who I had never spoken to before, locked the door and was arguing with me aggressively saying I can't get everything I want. I told him I did not want to speak to him and he kept saying I wasn't listening to him. Finally after I told them I believe God will give them karma for what they are doing they only made me pay for the products I had already opened (which i did not want anyway). I finally just decided to leave and realised the door was locked for some reason with me and the man. Overall awful experience, would give 0 stars if I could.... (Show more)

I’ve only had one appointment for laser treatment at this clinic and I have to say they definitely delivered. The skin specialist assessed my skin and spoke to me and told me what I should and shouldn’t use on my face. They recommended me zo skincare products and he even told me how and when to use each product. And he told me SPF is required. I recommend the service to anyone have skin concerns... (Show more)

Lovely friendly helpful and polite staff. My beautician went through every step of the facial with me and at the exact time she was doing each step. Very knowledgeable. Good experience from start to finish.

Nisha is so lovely and really listens to your skin concerns. I was particularly stressed today so she also gave me a lovely facial massage to end my treatment. Overall you feel like you are in really good hands and feel like you are given really good honest advice rather than being oversold as so many other clinics do.
