The process is very slow. I came to consult Dr Carlo Borbon for my mother. I was told after one hour of waiting by doctor assistant (not by the doctor) that she has to undergo and xray. Then another round of wait has already started - I have waited for 30 mins for the xray now. Let’s hope this ordeal ends soon... (Show more)
Excellent Customer Service! Highly recommendable. More power!!
Staff are very kind and accommodating. Dr. Leagogo is very good and had successfully operated the knee of my grandmother. 4 stars only because they don't have parking.
Good points: The place is very nice. The lobby is great to accommodate patients in waiting. Receptionists and nurses were polite and accomodating as well. My schedule was 3:30 PM but I was able to see my doctor at 2:45 PM. Bad points: It is hard to book an appointment to them via text. You need to call them via landline or cellphone to have a better understanding. My doctor (whom I will not name for now) was very inefficient. He seemed quite in a hurry to finish our appointment to go see another patient. I came there to have my baker's cyst checked. I am no doctor but I observed his body language and how he spoke to me to know that he was giving me an unsatisfactory diagnosis. He didn't check on my MRI thouroughly. He only looked at one angle. He said he couldn't find any problem with my knee. When I asked him where did the cyst come from.He said "Honestly, I don't know." He even said that I could play basketball and go to the gym without problems. He just prescribed me with anti-inflammatory medicine and said take it for two weeks and come back and see him again. I am no doctor but I listened to my body and heart. And they told me something was off. So I decided to get a 2nd opinion from another Orthopedic doctor from another clinic. There was a difference in how she looked at my MRI. She looked at it very carefully from different angles. She even applied some additional tests to my knees which the 1st doctor didn't do. She even read the results of my MRI which the first doctor failed to do. After that, she diagnosed that the baker's cyst was connected to my knee. I had a knee injury all along. There was a meniscus tear that caused my baker's cyst. It is good thing that I listened to my body and did not follow my first doctor's advice. If I did, I would be in a more serious problem. POI has incredible doctors. I was unfortunate to be put in an incompetent one.... (Show more)
We had a very satisfying experience here in POI. My mom had her checkup under Dr. Sta. Ana and every process went smoothly. The staff and nurses were very warm and accommodating. 👍🏽 …
Was told on cut off time so I came early and expect to have my consultation before the cut off period. been waiting for more than 1 hr no update from reception.
High-tech facility and highly-skilled doctors who will explain your case thoroughly. Kinda expensive, but justified. Appointment basis only, and if you have HMO, you have to coordinate with your provider for something like LOA approval first.
No parking song in that building
One of the very few clinics…or even organizations in the Philippines with consistency service and quality. Highly recommend.
Staff are well trained and courteous as well as professional. Missing 1 star as hard to reach them thru telephone
Therapist are really nice. Comparing them to st luke’s, i feel like they care more about patients in here. Only downsides are that building is old and no parking available. We need to park in Makati Med and get our LOA for HMO from there as well. But their schedules are nicely organized so once you go in on your time slot you wont wait longer than 5 mins.... (Show more)
None experience yet.
fast booking of doctors appointment and well-organized safety protocols.
The staff were helpful and accommodating. The doctor on the other hand was condescending, excited to prescribe medicine while i was still explaining. Was in pain but could still move my arm so maybe he thought it was ok, went there so it doesn’t get worse but he looked uninterested. We talked for less than 5 mins.... (Show more)
Excellent PT staff. Concierge and cashier are well organized as well. They complement the excellent doctors to a T.
Staff are nice. Even the doctors. Professional, but easy to talk to
One of the best Orthopedic Clinic in Manila Offering quality Doctors and a complete Clinic set-up. Staff are very acommodating and friendly. Their lounge is really comfortable for waiting patients. For easier transactiom, book your appointment via call prior check-up.
