I recently moved near to loughrea from co Roscommon, i was looking for emergency appointment, one of my tooth broke on half and was very sore π I called to loughrea dental which is the closest town to me now looking for help and was told "we have to accommodate our own patients first" so was left with pain for couple more days. Receptionist was rude and not friendly at all :-( such a worm welcome I received from local dentist I wanted to put my name to...... (Show more)
Staff were very friendly and the practice was very clean, however on payment of the bill there was an extra charge of β¬20 for PPE. This cost was not itemised on the bill nor was it explained on arrival or noted anywhere within the practice or on the website. It was only explained when I questioned the bill. It is understandable that there would some sort of charge for PPE however, it would be helpful if the practice was upfront about the extra costs and display the prices clearly as per the dental councils guidelines. It would also be helpful to have this extra cost itemised on the receipt.... (Show more)
Always have a great experience here. Friendly staff that talk you through every procedure and make you feel as comfortable as possible from the minute you walk in.
Amazing team, from a friendly reception, a wonderful dentist from Co. Kerry who was really nice and efficient, explained everything she was doing and I was very much at ease to the great hygienist Ria who was kind and professional and left my teeth beautiful. I 100% recommend this dentist!
Great service, quality dentists and super friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Went in for an appointment on thursday afternoon. Was told previous that i was going to get a tooth that was cracked fixed , which i paid for a check up and xray. Once i went in for second visit i was told i was getting a filling in a different tooth and im still left with my broken tooth. Would not recomend this dentist.... (Show more)
I first visited this clinic in Dec '11 and have visited for treatment (fillings, extractions, cleaning) approx six times since. The treatment is always top class and my lifelong fear of dentists is long gone. My dental and, as a result, my general health has improved greatly since this excellent clinic opened in Loughrea.
