My first time at Longwood House Dental Care, where I had a hygiene and air polish. George and Ashley made the experience incredible. They were bubbly and had great chemisty. I felt safe and welcome and well attended to. My teeth looked and felt amazing after. Will definitely go back.

I have seen Dr. Osama for restorative and cosmetic treatment and my goodness, he was incredible and the work that he did on my teeth is fantastic! I now always show off my smile and walk around full of confidence I also saw Dr. George for implants, I use to struggle to eat and chew, now I can eat a steak!! They are literally miracle workers!! Just had my first consultation with Dr Ioannis and Nurse Ludy who put me ease and explained fully what was happening, both at the consultation and then the treatment plan . Really looking forward to my treatments which were booked with the lovely gentleman on reception.

I went for Invisalign treatment by Dr Tasnim. I had to spend over £4000 for fixing my front tooth gap. because of doctor miss information Invisalign failed .with my high expectation I go back to doctor again, seeking for help when I knew that the treatment didn’t work out, but I kept my faith on her and agree to do bonding treatment, which last only one month. When the bonding failed, I found she cut my tooth for fit bonding and it is very wide open. This was the front tooth and it makes me ugly which was not that bad at the beginning of the treatment. It damage my personality, my look my smile. When I informed my grief, the doctor and her admin cancelled all my appointments without describing me or giving me the reason for cancelling me or stopping my treatment. Now after spending that much money and time I have a ugly face with a wide open tooth which was made by Dr Tasnim. If I could show my picture, everyone will understand the treatment quality of this dental of practice. This place is only for making money so whoever come for your tooth treatment or Invisalign treatment please careful what you are paying for and what will be the ultimate result. Don’t lose your look like me. Until I went to the complaint department, she send me the email not to contact her anymore and she refused to refund me my money. my advice for everyone please be careful before you come here and don’t waste your money and time here. **.by the way no one call me in last 1 years so you can see how much they lie even in public places.please be careful before you take service from here .one of the worst experiences in my life come to this dental clinic... Dr. Osama provided excellent care for my tooth sensitivity. He swiftly identified deep decay, skillfully crafting a filling. His reassuring demeanor during the procedure and clear communication made me feel at ease. A very good practice with professional staff who treat you in a highly respected manner with a lot of regard for their patients. Having tried other local dentists I would throughly recommend this practice.

Went here for Invisalign, where I saw Dr Ahmed for my regular check ups. She had a very clear plan of how the whole process would go from start to finish. What I can say is I’ve had a designated dentist and that’s dr Ahmed the best hand down I no longer have a gap after just 1 year and my treatment is just about to end also comes with teeth whitening does the job tooo🙌🏽 …
