I am very upset by their uncaring attitude & off hand manner. I have been with this dentist for approx 30 years as a private patient & spent enough with them. According to them because i have not had a recent examination I am now a new patient & they have no room for me. I have been to them for treatment many times & they never mentioned that I had to have an examination. I now have to have treatment & have no dentist & no-one to go to!... (Show more)

I had a root canal done in 2019 and have had to send a lot of money to have it redone. The roots were left dirty resulting in infection and only 3 out of the 4 roots were done, leaving the 4th to cause further issues. I have since tried to contact the practice, but their email address on the website does not work. I spent a lot of money for this and have had to re-spend the money again plus more to fix their poor work. I do not recommend. The least they can do is have a working email to allow dialogue. Finally I made contact and have received a refund. However, this has still resulted in pain and cost to have it fixed.... (Show more)

I've been with LSDental for the last c.20 years and have always had fantastic service with a super professional feel. The team behind the desk have still been able to keep upbeat and incredibly helpful even throughout covid; helping with everything from rearranging appointments to advising on the new processes required to remain 'safe.' Although I travel all over the country with work, I have no intention of moving from this great team!... (Show more)
