I was satisfied with the tartar removal, the assistant was also very nice, I would give it a 5, but they were terribly inflexible in invoicing, unfortunately they couldn't issue an invoice that I could pay to my employer, and they didn't really understand the invoicing program either. I thought that since my original appointment was canceled, and because of the new appointment I had to change my week, maybe they would be more flexible, but unfortunately that was not the case, even though they were able to solve it 2 years ago, that's why I only gave it a 3. Sub-critical care. I arrived with a panoramic x-ray, with a "suspicion" of a cyst under the tooth. The "oral surgeon" said that it had to be pulled out. (It has since turned out that the tooth could have been saved with a good chance.) He took it out crushed, I went back twice, and the second time he managed to take out the tooth splinters that were still inside. Even after that, he thought it unnecessary to take an x-ray. After the wound has healed, pieces of the tooth protrude again in two places in place of the extracted tooth! If the tooth could not be completely removed, then presumably the cyst remained there... You can get this for HUF 40. I think it's legitimate, but I find it very difficult for someone to think that they can play with other people's health due to their own negligence without any consequences or responsibility. I am in a much worse situation than before the treatment. It was pulled out unnecessarily, the place is sensitive, it dislodged the adjacent completely healthy tooth(!), became sensitive, and a real oral surgeon has to surgically remove the remaining pieces (and the cyst?). Keeping in mind the interests of myself and others, I don't want to leave it at that. I can only hope that you at least have decent liability insurance.... (Show more)

I live in Germany and am visiting family. The filling fell out of my incisor. I called and was received very kindly at the reception. I got an appointment quickly. I got to the surgery and there was no waiting time. The clinic is modern, clean and well equipped. Mr. Dr. is very kind and a very good specialist. I was ready in 20 minutes, everything was painless and my teeth were better than ever. I have already requested an appointment for June. I have been going to London Smile Dentistry for months. I am very satisfied. I respect the maximum professional knowledge of Dr József Ódry. The competence and kindness of the assistant girls is very nice.

I went because of an emergency and on the spot they told me in an arrogant tone that they would not see me because I did not have a social security card. Maybe they should write on the website beforehand who they are willing to serve.
