Doctors do not use gloves during examinations and procedures, even when touching the patients' mouths. MD Janík's hands stink from cigarettes. When paying by card, they rob you of 0.5% of the amount, they do not inform the client about this and issue the bill without this surcharge.

No contact after failed surgery. They treat them a bit like mass media, cut up and delete, especially Poles - only ONE lady speaks Polish, and that's from the reception, so forget about the fact that you will come to an agreement with the doctor about your surgery. They don't speak English either...

Amazing people, willing staff! I do not regret choosing this clinic and Dr. Vřeský! I have never met such an attitude! And the procedure? Beautiful, clean work!

An unattractive building from the outside. Inside, non-functioning services or devices and impersonal access. The removal of a small tattoo (text about 3 cm in size) required several painful visits and the tattoo never went away anyway, with the reasoning that it is just the way it is and nothing can be done about it. It looked like a punch to the eye. In the course of attendance, they even made their services 2x more expensive and had to pay for it even though the last 2 visits did not show any progress. "Just a skin defect", I was told. Of course, the Prague competition was able to deal with it immediately with one visit, painlessly and without blisters, with a truly professional device for cheaper money. Same scar removal - no change. Further consultation with dr. Vřeským = despite the appointment, you sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes and when you get to him and undress, he just glances at you, writes out a piece of paper with a uniform price for the procedure and tells you to make an appointment at the reception. No consultation, how would you imagine the breasts, what are the risks of the operation, whether I am being treated for something and what the consequences are, etc. A completely impersonal approach that seriously spoils your deals. I recommend from experience to turn to clinics in the Czech Republic for everything, they are better equipped and the services tend to be cheaper. The approach of the doctor during the consultation is great. The nurses and doctors in the room are nice and super professional. But at the hospital, the doctor is austere, nervous, unpleasant.

This is the atmosphere even in the clinic. And Dr. Vresky is a handyman. He advises everything and did it beautifully. Laser removal of small growths on the eye socket did not go well at all, there were literally holes on the socket even when following the procedure after the procedure and lubricating with the recommended mastic, I definitely do not recommend it, I am very disappointed.

Dr. Janik is the best surgeon! I underwent liposuction with him, and I must admit that I did not expect such a wonderful effect. Additionally, he repaired deformations caused by a Polish surgeon due to poorly performed liposuction. He is a very nice person, extremely involved in patients' problems, has a vision and a full sense of aesthetics. I recommend it wholeheartedly. On October 19, 2020, I underwent a mammaplasty operation (breast modeling and reduction) by Mr. Primář Vřeske. The operation went well, the whole procedure was perfectly organized. It's been quite a while since I've been there with an ingrown toenail, but really great. Quality care, friendly staff and environment, good course and result of the procedure. A few follow-up checks, a coffee, a comforter. Definitely recommend.
