About Live Young Longer (Reflexology) Caroline is a complementary therapist of 14 years. Contrary to belief, reflexology is not a 'pamper' treatment and will not simply massage or tickle your feet. Reflexology is a sequence of movements over the feet or hands, that can result in increased relaxation and greater awareness of health, which can allow the body to heal other health problems that may be present. Reflexology can be quite surprising for your health but you need to try it to find out! On the whole reflexology is not ticklish, nor do I care what state your feet are in that just makes the treatment all the more relevant, though clean is always nice. I am also a qualified Nutritional Therapist (Functional Medicine) and will give you personal advice on some dietary changes you can make to improve your overall health as well. I can answer your questions on the plethora of health information in the media and give you good sources of further information if you require. I have been qualified in reflexology for over 12 years, working in the Ireland, Spain and the UK. And it still surprises me when clients tell me what an improvement it has made to their emotional and physical health.
