Bad hospital and they only want to loot the money of the patients. Bad service form doctors and management
Life scan under the roof of hospital service is worst and there is no time keeping what they are giving. I came with my wife and kids at 9.45 pm with prior appointments but unfortunately still here waiting for scanning at 11.34 PM. Please look for another option if you have before anyone choose this.... Having good ortho section , specially Dr. Kuriakose. When my leg fractured, the surgery was done in LF hospital, the behavior and caring of the doctor and the staff is really appreciated. With the strong and loving support of all doctors and staff, i could come out of all complications. Again thanks to Dr. Kuriakose and Staff of LF Hospital for the support.... (Show more)
Very bad experience. Tha doctors and nurses don't know meaning of emergency room. They don't know the time frame of triage. They dont know how to categories according to illness. More over they don't know customer care. Behaving like they are doing free of coast. At the end, bill amount very high. Doesn't matter if they compensates the care and treatment as per the bill. Any how very bad.... (Show more)
Absolute worst coordination between departments. Never had such worst experience from any hospital I had the misfortune of being admitted to. I was asked to get admitted on a Monday for a renal biopsy which would be done on the next day post recovery of which I could be discharged on Wednesday. Now they are telling the radiologist is not available for the same, so they have to postpone the procedure by one day. This schedule was decided atleast a week before and now out of the blue me and my wife who is a bystander have to extend our leaves and our family will have to adjust for another day due to our absence. This is an absilute shocker from such a reputed institution.... (Show more)
I recently had an appointment at this hospital and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the level of care and professionalism was lacking. The doctor I had an appointment with was egregiously late. Despite arriving promptly at the scheduled time, I was left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time without any explanation or apology. This lack of punctuality is not only disrespectful of patients’ time but also indicative of a systemic issue within the hospital.... (Show more)
Little Flower Hospital is the absolute WORST Hospital if you don’t know how to speak Malayalam. They discriminate and let Malayali people in first, doesn’t matter what your token number is. I went to the hospital at 9:30 am. Sat there for more than an hour before the Doctor came. They then started calling people in. People who literally just had arrived were being let in before me. When I tried to complain, they got a nun to go talk to the nurses. And the nurse freaking lied saying she called my name and I wasn’t there. And the nun told me to wait. And immediately after they called my name. Which tells me that there is no concept of token numbers. The nurses let who they like, know and who speaks to them in their language in first. Then, they took me to the ultrasound waiting area where I kept waiting. NOBODY was telling me what my number was despite me asking MULTIPLE times. Every time I asked, they kept saying “after 3 people.” And they let in over 10 people. And same thing. They let people in who came wayyy after me while I sat there holding my pee, on an empty stomach and begging for any information. I waited there from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with no help from any of the staff until I literally had to ask to make a complaint AGAIN. And AGAIN they called me in immediately after. Which solidifies my belief that token numbers in this hospital don’t matter. If you don’t push for your turn, they will have you sitting and waiting THE ENTIRE DAY. This happened on 6th February, 2024. If you are not a Malayali, DON’T go here. The behaviour of the staff is HORRIBLE and discriminatory. Particularly nurses and support staff. So unprofessional it’s scary. Do better. P.S. The doctors and technicians were helpful. It’s the nurses and support staff that are problematic. And when I was trying to complain, I could see that this is not the first time someone complained about it. They tried to discourage me from making a formal complaint.... (Show more)
I recently visited Little flower hospital and unfortunately had a less-than-pleasant experience. The consulting doctor in ophthalmology who was supposed to do a VR surgery was dismissive and displayed rudeness which made me feel unheard and uneasy. My parents had taken appointment for 12 pm and reached the hospital by 11am and booked the train back by 4 pm since it's a long journey back home. They waited for 2 hours and at 2.30 pm was able to see the doctor. They had requested if they could get the file ready a bit faster since they had a train to catch and the doctor's response was impolite and told that people will say such excuses but we can't do anything about it. I believe improved communication between the doctors and nurses and empathy could significantly enhance the experience for their patients.... (Show more)

Great treatment. My father had a laser surgery and it went very well. I was not able to see the place myself but I heard from them that the place was very disturbing. That the great hospital doesn't live up to its name and is very poor in services. Even the most basic need for the patient's bed was poor, then I probably won't need to talk about the bystander's needs. The bathrooms was dirty. It was as if the place renovated just the outside to have a good first impression. Its not that I don't recommend the place, its just that you'll need to expect the worst kind of service, both the place and the staffs. If you are going to get admitted, you'll need to be ready to get disappointed.... (Show more)
Good hospital and years of experience in medical field also located in center of Angamaly.
Very bad experience with security staff. Not mannered and do not understand humanity.
The doctors in ortho are very caring and treat every patients happily
Service doesn't live upto the name Little flower we have heard about. The fatigue of the overcrowd can be seen on the face of the ophthalmologist. No regards for the value of time of the patients. The hospital may have the legacy and expertise but the management is a failure in using it. Not even a token machine.... (Show more)
