Broke out after
It was a lovely experience, very relaxing facial included steam, extraction, face mast, massage. Applied on neck too. Did back massage to relax the body. Too good ambience, welcoming staff. Had proper facial rooms with locker facility. Friendly people around. Got birthday promo on kris. Worth using it. They didn't even do forcefull up-selling. Highly recommended for the promotion price. Located in Carlton Hotel. Near to yellow line and blue line mrt. Bencoleen exit B , take left and walk straight.... (Show more)
Always feel lighter after the lymphatic massage - helps with water retention and flushes out the toxins in body 30.12.23 my go to for relaxation since 2014
very very relaxing
Had a great experience at LifeSpa level 4. I visited last Friday with my partner for a birthday promotion. The location is central, the masseuses are professional, they did not hard-sell their packages and the tea they served after the massage was fantastic. Shout-out to masseuse Cindy and my masseuse (did not manage to get her name!) for the great experience, we'll definitely consider coming back!... (Show more)
Great. No hard sell and very direct :) does not make you feel uncomfortable.

I started my massage with Lifespa since 2011 and have been coming at least monthly. I love my therapist Helen and then Moon who are always very caring and really take good care of me. If any aches n pains they will give extra care. The managers are also very nice too informing me of promotions n thgs that are suitable for me. Great place!!... (Show more)
Went there for a supposedly $260 massage under promotion. But not sure if I was getting the $260 experience. Difficult to find the place, no carpark coupons given, small waiting area, mediocre massage. No male masseuse, only frail old lady massage. This place may be suited for just facials. If you have the budget for a $260+ massage, go to Banyan Tree at MBS. The masseuse here do not have the strength or consistency. If you dont have the budget, the Ashi massage chain delivers a pretty good alternative at $40.... (Show more)
Highly recommend spa!!! Enjoyable experience
Not recommended
Love LifeSpa a lot and highly recommend, staff here are very friendly n service is excellent.
Really great here. Customer service is fantastic.
Impeccable service and nice ambience. Value for money too!
I would have put 0 if I could. If you try to book for a regular slot, they can find time for you, but as soon as you mentioned you have some kind of promotion from an online app, the slots previously available suddenly disappear. Should you call that an anti-commercial practice? Or a lie?
