About Life Change Wellbeing Clinic Paul Allenby has a very successful practice in Stevenage, Hertfordshire and Harley Street, Central London. Paul specialises in helping people overcome anxiety issues, panic attacks confidence / self-esteem issues and many other symptoms including depression, OCD, stress, anger, alcohol and drinking problems and has devised very successful weight loss and stop smoking programmes. We can’t control what life throws at us, but we can control our thought processes and how we deal with situations. All treatments are carried out in a very relaxed atmosphere where you will be helped to work through your issues with an empathic and non-judgemental approach.
