About Lenya Samani Psychotherapy Welcome. Many of us find ourselves, at some point in our lives, feeling overwhelmed and in need of support. During these difficult times, therapy can provide an invaluable lifeline. For other people, therapy is an opportunity for personal growth. Psychotherapy offers an opportunity to engage in a meaningful relationship with someone who is non-judgemental, and provides a safe, supportive environment that remains consisten, beyond whatever else is going on in your life. I am qualified as an integrative psychotherapist, which means I draw on a variety of schools of thought and methodologies, including relational psychoanalysis, object relations, gestalt, attachment theory, the transpersonal approach, body psychotherapy, person centred therapy, and CBT.
