Great satisfaction at dermatology!
Unprofessional approach of neither the staff nor Dr. Pospíšil. After the injection of botulinum toxin, the forehead slid down. My eyebrows are on my eyes. And the receptionist is not even able to order an appointment with the doctor after explaining what happened. That's the approach.
Dorby day. I went to Asklepion a few years ago - always excellent service! It's been about a week since I wanted to go to dentistry, which I now know is only available in Prague. However, I am writing because the information provided by Miss or Mrs. Sistková (I hope I remembered the name correctly - Dermatology) was very professionally presented! Office inside the hotel is very difficoult to find! Its like be in a labirynth. There are no clear boards how to get there, horrible experience. However the doctor and her assistant was nice and friendly.
I turned to the head of this clinic... I have never encountered such rudeness and cynicism in my life... I was offered a hardware massage of the chin... when I answered that I was only interested in Botex... I was refused without explanation... and without saying goodbye they left the office...despite the fact that I had contacted another doctor at this clinic many times...he was a man...he is a very pleasant and responsive doctor. 3 years ago I had hardware procedures done in this clinic with no effect... it doesn’t work... but it costs 300 euros. I don’t even want to be interested in the name of this doctor; this whole situation and her arrogance are extremely unpleasant. And I no longer have any desire to visit this clinic at all.
