I took my husband to get laser pore tightening and nasal capillary removal. The laser left 3 rather prominent holes on his nose. Already 7 months later there is no improvement. Apparently they will stay with him forever. After we spoke to the clinic, they denied that it was due to medical error, it was one of the rare cases of a side effect. No professionals work here! Given the good reviews, the welcome, the price and the location where Lege Artis Stara Zagora is located, I decided to take advantage of the laser hair removal service. They burned me with the laser, all my skin that was worked on is scarred. After I called them to tell them, they denied that the scars were a result of their mistake. The attitude went from kind to rude, I went to the place and they saw the skin - the conclusion was the same, the parameters of the laser were not adjusted correctly and a burn followed. I want to share my extremely unpleasant impressions of Dr. Hristozov. I made an appointment there on the recommendation of one of the most prominent specialists in dermatology. For several years I visited a clinic in Sofia, where the diagnosis was always flawless, but when we moved to Stara Zagora, I had to look for a specialist in the city. When making the appointment, I had mentioned that I had seen another specialist and was warned to bring the history of the prescribed therapy. I had a computerized skin diagnosis and a family history questionnaire. When I walked into the doctor's office, he obviously went through the paperwork and diagnostics, but didn't ask me many questions about current therapy and what I was seeing him for. After he stopped reading from the computer, he turned to me saying that he wanted to be as honest as possible with me and told me that I am a very sick woman who will get even sicker and give birth to some sick children. 1. So...I'm definitely overweight, I know that, but I don't think that's the way to talk to a patient. 2. Given that I was visibly upset by the way he spoke, he continued to explain. 3. After looking at my ringing phone to stop the vibration, he took it and said it would be returned to me at the end of the examination. In conclusion, I just want to say, Dr. Hristozov, if you are really such a good doctor, I think you should have a more adequate attitude towards the patients who come to you. To have empathy and try to help that person who comes to you with a problem. And I'm just being hung up on making an appointment for Dr. Hristozov. I called February, I called March - they say they will return a call even then. Very unprofessional attitude, I have a feeling that they choose their clients according to the "amount" you are expected to leave at the clinic.

There are no words to describe how grateful we are to Dr. Hristozov, to Eli and to everyone who is part of the treatment path for our daughter Tsveta! Doctor Hristozov gave our daughter a chance to have a good future, to be confident and healthy! He was the only one who gave us a hand when we were on the verge of despair! The laser treatment that is applied to our child gives great results. And it is absolutely in sync with the treatment of similar cases in other renowned clinics abroad! I visited the clinic and Dr. Hristozov for 4-5 months. Not only was my problem not solved, it was even made worse and new ones were created as a result of the prescribed treatment. During the constant deterioration, after another doctor wondering what the problem was and after another change in prescribed procedures and medications, I sought another opinion and it turned out that the treatment was grossly inappropriate and incompetent. After stopping it there was a sharp improvement, but I am still (about a year later) still struggling with the consequences of Dr. Hristozov's "treatment". :)... (Show more)

I have been trying to make an appointment with Dr. Hristozov for 3 months. They promise that they will call me because they don't have a schedule for the next month.. and they didn't call in November, December and January either. At the last call a few days ago, they said that they had no free hours until March... I couldn't figure out how to make an appointment. I'm terribly disappointed.... (Show more)

I am not satisfied with the result of treating pigment spots. After 4 procedures at BGN 150 each, there is almost no improvement. They are only looking to take your money, the visitors are not patients, but customers. I have also filed a complaint with the KZP for non-compliance with the promised result.... (Show more)
