From reception, very friendly staff. I can highly recommend it. Plenty of choice when it comes to food. I was also lucky enough to get a single room because everything else was full.

Friendly staff, the operation went well. It took almost 6 hours from check in to the actual operation, but well, not that bad. It would be great to have air conditioning in the room (unfortunately I was there in June), but you can't have everything. Dr. Michael Salfellner - great doctor and an “easy-going” guy. He explains briefly and succinctly, no long rambling, you know what's coming. I hope I don't have to go back (of course), but if I do, this clinic will be my first choice! Happy to recommend! LG... The waiting time for the operation is long, but from the time you are admitted to the time you are discharged you feel like you are in good hands. I was even able to sort out my affairs a few years after my stay. Of course you always want to stay healthy, but in good hands and in a nice environment, recovery comes faster :) LG... (Show more)

Had an operation in the clinic and everything went wrong. Clinic doesn't answer. There's nothing to add here.

No air conditioning at over 30 degrees.

An extremely competent and friendly team, a clinic where you receive the best possible care.

Extremely friendly and competent staff. Always concerned about the well-being of the patients and always with an upbeat cheerfulness. A really big compliment to the chef and his team. Great parking options.

Anesthesia inadequate (local anesthesia refused) Food supply after operation careless and minimalist (cold noodle soup, dry toast with dry ham) Hygiene could be improved (uncleaned toilet upon arrival), in the recovery room a nurse who came by conducts conversations without a mask. incredibly friendly medical professionals and a very high standard of professionalism shown at all times. All aspects of my operation were explained in detail and I can only highly recommend this institution. 100% chance I will be back if I destroy anymore of my joints! :)

I had shoulder surgery in this clinic. I was operated on by Dr Rolf Michael Krifter, he is simply a great doctor. The care from admission to discharge is also simply unique. The nursing staff also needs to be highlighted. They are polite and helpful and are there immediately when you need help. I can only recommend this clinic to everyone. It hasn't been treated so well in a long time. I have complete confidence and will be treated there again at any time if necessary. My daughter was operated on by Prof. Dr. Jakske. A very experienced, kind and professional doctor. Can only be recommended. The clinic team was also very caring and nice. Modern rooms, good food.

So just to recommend it. Great team everything was perfect.

For a private clinic and what I think is a very high price, I would have expected more. Admission etc. everything was very chaotic. The nurse sometimes had a hard time understanding what I needed because he apparently didn't speak German well and was sometimes really unfriendly. I was there for 1.5 days. On the day of the operation from 6 a.m. until around 10 a.m. the next day. No food was received on the day of surgery, while the roommate received 3 meals. Incomprehensible to me.... (Show more)

I felt very comfortable during my stay, I was looked after competently and caringly, everything was great from reception, anesthetists, food, care after the operation, "feel-good clinic" is right for me.
