I have been undergoing treatment at Pryzmat for almost three years and I always leave the office satisfied and smiling (unless I am still under anesthesia). This smile is mainly taken care of by Dr. Soroczyńska, who exudes an atmosphere of complete professionalism, but also peace and a certain kind of care. I had the opportunity to visit almost every dentist in the clinic and the visits were always in an extremely pleasant atmosphere. I have particularly fond memories of visits to Dr. Jacek Nowak - even though he removed my wisdom teeth, which is not pleasant :p, but also to the doctor who dealt with my endodontic treatment - but unfortunately I don't remember his name - my wisdom tooth was rebuilt after this treatment. I get compliments from other dentists :) Today I had the opportunity to have an extremely nice visit to Dr. Pola :) and last but not least: Mrs. Weronika - the sun of the clinic, who introduces an extremely family atmosphere and makes sure there is always a place for me <3 Thank you very much! I love. I am undergoing treatment with Dr. Kuciak for 27 years, even now, when I live abroad, I come here and I have no other dentist than Dr. Kuciak. professional, nice, will patiently explain everything and help you lose your fear of dentists. I recommend!!

I had root canal treatment done by a doctor, quite young, who, I think by his accent, is not Polish. To my surprise, he took such good care of my tooth that the next lady had to wait a while 🤣 He focused so much on it, as if he were doing President Biden's tooth. No shit. Nothing hurt, even after. He took a photo, showed it to me, and explained it to me. He cleaned these channels until they were clean. Beautiful composite, tooth filed and elegantly glued. The dentist at another facility where I went for tartar removal said it was an elegant job. And thanks to this, I will definitely come back to this facility. The decor there reminds me a bit of Gierek's times, but the doctors are literally SPECIALISTS. I highly recommend it.... (Show more)

Having had previous bad experiences with extracting wisdom teeth from another facility, I postponed the extraction of the remaining two teeth for a long time. Finally, someone recommended a surgeon, Dr. Jacek Nowak. I was terrified, but the doctor and his assistant Weronika probably noticed it and created such a great atmosphere that I completely lost my stress. Anesthesia was performed without any problems and pain (in the previous facility, by another doctor, I received STrabismus for half an hour). The extraction itself took literally a few minutes per tooth, and the Dr. did it with a small tool and not with nail-pulling pliers like some people do :P My wounds stopped bleeding the same day in the evening (and with the previous ones in another facility it took several days) and this time it healed quickly and without complications (and previously I had experienced a dry socket). To sum up, I am very satisfied! If anyone is afraid of having their wisdom teeth pulled out, I definitely recommend it!!!!!!... (Show more)

I was unable to use the clinic's services due to the absolute lack of professionalism on the part of the receptionist and the surgeon. Due to the need to extract the painful wisdom tooth, I booked the extraction date two weeks (!) in advance, and the receptionist was supposed to call me back at a specific time. 4 days before the procedure, I called to ask about the time and the lady happily informed me that her appointment had become available a week later than scheduled, because the doctor was going to another job the following Friday. After I asked if he didn't think they should inform me about it, I learned that I shouldn't be so aggressive because it wasn't their fault, that the doctor told them today and that my friend "was supposed to call". After my reply that I would like to thank them for their services and suggest that they try to be a little more empathetic, because they are leaving me with a toothache, I learned that I should try to be more cultured. I treat my teeth in this clinic, specifically with Dr. Żmuda. My problem is that my teeth are very sensitive to dental interventions and fillings, but the doctor does everything to find the best solution for them, for which I am very grateful. I highly recommend it!

I recommend the clinic and the surgeon Dr. Piotr Wesołowski. I had a difficult eighth grade and everything went smoothly in a pleasant, stress-free atmosphere and without any complications.
